Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate of thyroid nodules among population of health examination by a cross-sectional survey in Chengde city,understanding the present situation of thyroid nodules health examination population;on this basis,establish the thyroid nodules related factors questionnaire with characteristics of chengde,for the case control study of The risk factors of thyroid nodules in chengde city,Understand the risk factors of thyroid nodules,to provide theoretical guidance and scientific health education.For the development of thyroid nodule diseases prevention and control measures.Methods:The study use the healthy check-up crowd of cross-sectional method and case-control method.Ccollect the healthy examination information of the18-90 years old on the examination of blood biochemical examination,type B ultrasonic examination,physical examination and body measurements such as detection results of the project in January 2015-January 2016 in the examination center of a 3 armour hospital physical of chengde city.To describe and analyze the large sample check-up crowd prevalence of the thyroid nodule detection and other diseases of the health examination population were collected and analyzed by the way of descriptive analysis.Meanwhile,collect 200 new thyroid nodule cases who were meet the diagnostic standard as the experimental group,Select the same period,age(±3),200 cases without thyroid nodule as control group.Use the thyroid nodules related factors questionnaire to investigate the diet,social psychology and disease family history influence factors.The data was processed in the single factor and Multi-factor unconditioned logistic regressionanalysis,evaluate the prevalence of thyroid nodule and its associated risk factors further.results:1 The results of health check-up crowd thyroid nodule of cross-sectional study in Chengde city:among of the 6000 cases healthy check-up,5462 cases(male 3218,female 2244)is effective statistical data,total Thyroid nodule prevalence was 40.72%.The prevalence of thyroid nodule was 42.47% among women,and 39.53% among the male crowd.Female population prevalence of thyroid nodule is higher than male,the distinction has statistical signification(?2=4.64,P=0.031).They were positively related to the growth of the age,the incidence is the highest in the more than 60 year old people,up to 64.19%.In multiariable analysis,age(OR=1.032,P=0.000),body mass index(OR=1.021,P=0.042),fasting blood sugar(OR=2.101,P=0.037)were all the risk factors of medical higher prevalence of thyroid nodule in the crowd.2 The results of health check-up crowd thyroid nodule risk factors of case-control study in Chengde city:In both univariate and multivariate of Logistic regression analyses,family history of thyroid nodule(OR=5.17,P=0.010),long-term stay up(OR=4.87,P=0.010),often angry(OR=3.32,P=0.000)and the edible iodized salt(OR=3.13,P=0.000)were all the independent risk factors of thyroid nodule in the crowd;harmonious relationship between the family life(OR=-1.07,P=0.000),and positive self view(OR=-0.44,P=0.016)were all the protection factors of thyroid nodule for health in crowd.Conclusions:1 The total prevalence of thyroid nodule in the health check-up crowd was 40.72%.Among them,the prevalence of female was higher than that of male,and the morbidity increased with the age.The prevalence is up to64.19% in the people of more than 60 years old,prompting: more and more attention should be paid on the thyroid nodules in our city residents.2 Thyroid nodules is influenced by many stochastic factors,suggest that the residents and high risk people should take the prevention and controlmeasures from the diet,lifestyle,improve the social psychological environment aspects,the surveillance should be strengthened in the people of more than 60 years old and the high risk population who has the family history of thyroid disease,in order to prevent the happening of the disease.
