Objective: To observe the ancient ink paste joint anal number portability ? wet blood stasis type of incarcerated hemorrhoid treatment clinical curative effect,evaluation in the improvement of incarcerated hemorrhoid pain,edema of anal edge,the belly and anus hemorrhoids mucosa of the effectiveness and superiority.Methods: choose the inclusion criteria of 70 cases of patients,randomly divided into two groups,36 cases treatment group and control group of 34 cases.Treatment group using anal association ? number after fumigation,sitz bath,apply the ancient ink paste treatment,2 times a day;Control group using warm water for fumigation,sitz bath after topical ma yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment treatment,2 times a day.7 days for a period of treatment,the main symptoms and signs before and after the treatment rate and curative effect evaluation.Results: 1.VAS: treatment for three days,five days,7 days,the treatment group,respectively,compared with control group,treatment group was significantly lower VAS score,the significant difference(P < 0.01).2.The first time after the pain began to ease: 30 min after treatment,the treatment group significantly reduce pain 27 cases,13 cases of control group,effectiveness 81.82%,41.94% respectively,upon examination,the two groups was significant difference(P < 0.01).3.After the first use the analgesia time: the treatment group is: 5.21 + /-1.65 hours;Control group: 3.16 + /-1.34 hours.Two groups of patients with analgesia by t test time,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Edema points between the 4 groups: the treatment of three days,five days,7 days,the treatment group compared with control group,respectively edema integral treatment group was obviously lower,significant difference(P < 0.01).5.Two groups of patients with edema,the average fading time: the treatment group is: 3.58 + /-1.17 days,the control group is: 5.13 + /-0.88 days,two groups by t test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Set between the anus belly integral: after treatment for 2 days,the treatment group and control group integral values have declined,but there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P > 0.05);Treatment for three days,five days,7 days,two groups were compared,the difference is apparent,was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Hemorrhoids mucosa score between group: treatment for two days,three days,five days,7 days,the treatment group compared with control group,respectively clear difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).8.Two groups of patients with clinical efficacy: treatment group in 33 cases,cure 14 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,effective 4 cases,show efficiency up to 87.88%;Control group of 31 patients were cured,8 cases,10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 13,show the efficiency of 58.06%.Clinical efficiency was tested,= 7.284,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).9.Safety observation: the treatment group and control group in use after skin without obvious adverse reaction,the anus does not appear maculopapule,treatment after the review of blood,urine,is no exception.Conclusion: 1.The ancient ink paste joint anal association ? incarcerated hemorrhoid with obvious therapeutic effect;2.For incarcerated hemorrhoid pain relief fast,good effect of analgesia,maintain a long time;3.Can effectively relieve edema of anal edge,the anus sank bilge feeling,obvious effects on the improvement of the mucous membrane of hemorrhoids.
