Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency By Combination Of Western Medicine And Shenqi Leech Decoction

Objective To observe the effect and safety of the Western medicine combining with Shen Qi zhi Li Decoction in the treatment of Chronic heart failure and provide a new method for clinical treatment.Methods 74 patients who were chosen according to inclusion criteria from Nov.,2015 to Dec.,2016 were divided into treatment group(37 people)and control group(37people).The control group adopted conventional western medicine basic treatment while the treatment group adopted the treatment combining western medicine basic treatment with Shenqi Leech Decoction.The patients of the treatment group took western medicines mentioned with warm Shenqi Leech Soup in the morning and in the evening one time each day.Two weeks were regarded as a course and the observation lasted for two course.After hospital discharge,patients were under the clinical treatment observation.The TCM symptom score,the heart failure scores,the New York Heart Function Assessment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,the B type natriuretic peptide and safety index of the patients were recorded before and after the treatment.The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0.Result There were 71 people including 35 people in treatment group and 36 people in control group finishing the experiment.? Treatment group's total effective rate of the heart failure scores improvement and heart function improvement reached to 85.71% and 91.43% respectively while control group's total effective rate of the heart failure scores improvement and heart function improvement reached to 74.99% and 77.77% respectively.The comparing differences between these two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).? Treatment group's apparent efficiency of the TCM symptom score improvement and total effective rate are 45.71% and 91.42% respectively while control group's apparent efficiency of the TCM symptom score improvement and total effective rate are 25% and 80.56% respectively.The comparing differences between these two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).? Comparing the 6mins walking experiment,syndrome integral,quality of life score and the level of LVEF BNP recorded before the treatment with the data after the treatment,there was evident improvement,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).After the comparison,the situation of treatment group was better than control group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).? There was no adverse event happening during the treatment.No evident abnormity of the patients' or side-effect were found.Conclusion The treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency combining western medicine basic treatment with Shenqi Leech Soup has evident clinic efficacy.
