Objective: To investigate the characteristics of blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome and use the current lipid-lowering regimen after treatment of such patients with lipid levels and the residual cardiovascular risk about them. Methods: Collect 121 patients of coronary heart disease with metabolic syndrome in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 as the observation group(About 116 patients with hypertension, and 97 patients with diabetes). At the same time,103 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were collected as control group. Two groups of patients will take 1 tablets of atorvastatin every night(20mg/ tablets),other treatment by conventional treatment of coronary heart disease, and the two groups are same.At the same time, metabolic syndrome group according to hypertension, diabetes guide medication. The observation time is 1 year, and the results of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo A-I and Apo B-100 in two groups before and after treatment were collected. At the same time comparison of the incidence of major cardiovascular events between the two groups were also collected.Results:1.In the two groups of patients with basic data comparison, body mass index(27.65±2.84 vs22.74±2.85,P<0.001),blood pressure: systolic blood pressure(151.41±14.83 vs129.93±5.54,P<0.001),diastolic blood pressure(86.14±9.62 vs 71.21±6.19,P<0.001),fasting venous blood glucose(8.28±1.86 vs 5.47±0.60,P<0.001).2.Before treatment, the two groups of patients with lipid,triglycerides(3.19±2.05 vs2.31±0.84,P=0.009)?total cholesterol(4.39±1.22 vs 4.65±1.35,P=0.136),high density lipoprotein(0.93±0.22 vs 1.04±0.26,P=0.018),low-density lipoprotein(2.73±0.92 vs3.09±1.13,P=0.078).3.Lipid compare before and after treatment with atorvastatin alone group use,triglycerides(2.31±0.84 vs 1.24±0.43,P=0.016),total cholesterol(4.65±1.35 vs 3.63±0.87,P=0.003),high density lipoprotein(1.04±0.26 vs 1.12±0.16,P=0.031),low-density lipoprotein(3.09±1.13 vs 1.56±0.73,P=0.021).4.Comparison of blood lipid levels in patients with metabolic syndrome before and after treatment with atorvastatin, total cholesterol(4.39±1.22 vs 3.78±0.90,P=0.014),low-density lipoprotein(2.73±0.92 vs 1.68±0.69,P=0.004),triglycerides(3.19±2.05 vs3.06±1.49,P=0.514),high density lipoprotein(0.93±0.22 vs 0.89±0.78,P=0.089).5.Comparison of the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events between the two groups,stroke(15.71% vs 3.88%,P=0.024),recurrent angina(34.71% vs 11.65%,P=0.001),recurrent myocardial infarction(1.65% vs 0.00%,P=0.037),intraventricular restenosis(3.31% vs 0.97%,P=0.020),readmission for heart failure(28.93% vs 3.88%,P=0.001).Conclusion:1.Coronary heart disease with metabolic syndrome in patients have the characteristics of blood lipid are high TG and low HDL-C;2.Coronary heart disease with metabolic syndrome in patients with the current use of statins alone can not make its blood lipids to achieve the desired level of blood lipids;3.consider the risk of remaining cardiovascular disease in such patients. So we need to further explore this kind of patients with lipid-lowering scheme.
