The Study On The Risk Factors Related With The Reoccurance Of Acute Myocardiai Infarction Patients In 7th Divison Of Xinjiang Construction And Production Corps

Objective: The study aimed to evaluate the risk factors of the reoccurrence of the Acute myocardiai infarction(AMI)patients,so as to provide the referecne for the prevention and treatment of recur of AMI.Methods: All the AMI patients were followed up to collect the outcome status.The basic information,including gender,age,PCI time,the history of hypertension,diabets,smoking and different EF using were investigated by the doctors.Log-rank test and Cox regression were adopted to evulaute the risk factors.P<0.05 was recognized as the significant.Results: A total number of 147 cases were enrolled into the study.The median of unrecurence of AMI was 24 months(95%Cl:17.601-30.399).The median of unrecurence of male AMI patients was higher than that of female patients(?2=7.079,,P=0.008).The median of unrecurence of AMI patients>60 years was lower than that of AMI patients ?60 years(?2=4.166,,P=0.041).The median of unrecurence of smoking AMI patients was lower than that of nonsmoking AMI patients(?2=5.505,,P=0.019).The median of unrecurence of AMI patients with PCl ?10 hours was higher than that of AMI patients with PCl >10 hours.The median of unrecurence of AMI patients with EF<40% was lower than that of AMI patients with EF?40%(?2=4.150,,P=0.042).The results of Cox regression showed that the gender(HR=0.350,95%Cl:0.184-0.666)and PCI time(HR=2.290,95%CI:1.420-3.692)were the independent risk factors for the recurrence of AMI patients.Conclusion: The gender,age,smoking,PCI time and EF are the risk factors for the recurrence of AMI.
