Background:Acute cerebral infarction(ACI)is a common and frequently occurring disease with high mortality and disability.NonvalvularAtrial fibrillation is the most common type of arrhythmia in the clinic. The incidence of cerebral infarction in patients is not in patients with atrial fibrillation.5~7 times, the risk of early recurrence in untreated patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarction is about 12%,therefore,atrial fibrillationIt is particularly important to prevent the recurrence of cerebral infarction in the acute phase of cerebral infarction, and the study of cerebral infarction with non valvular atrial fibrillation is urgent. It is imminent to prevent the recurrence and improve the prognosis by early identification and early intervention. Objective:Comparison of acute and acute non recurrent patients with cerebral infarction with non valvular atrial fibrillationRelated clinical data, analysis of the differences in related risk factors between the two,in order to combine non valvular infarction with cerebral infarctionThe clinical characteristics and recurrence risk factors of patients with recurrent atrial fibrillation are analyzed in order to be clinical related diagnosis and treatment. The work provides a reference basis.Method:Selection of cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of Qufu people's Hospital in September-2017 September 2016.106 patients with valvular atrial fibrillation and 36 patients with acute relapse were studied in the study group.70 cases were the control group.A single factor analysis was used to compare the general clinical data and correlation between the two groups of patientsThe difference of test index, treatment method and NIHSS score,CHIA2DS2—VASC score. The multiple factor Logistic regression analysis was carried out to screen out the non valvular infarction with cerebral infarction.Independent risk factors for acute phase atrial fibrillation in patients with acute recurrence.Result:(1)in the study group, the majority of elderly patients and women were combined withhypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and past stroke. The proportions of middle disease history were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The ratios of BNP,D-two dimer, troponin and heart EF were lower than in the study group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The patients in the study group were treated with double antibody plus anticoagulation. The treatment rate was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)the CHA2DS2—VASc scores of the study group and the control group were different. There is no statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, past stroke history, cardiac troponin and heartEF level, treatment method double anti + low molecular weight heparin anticoagulation were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)compared with patients with no relapse in acute stage, acute cerebral infarction complicated with non valvular atrial fibrillation. The proportion of the elderly and women was higher.(2)compared with patients with no relapse in acute stage, the patients with acute recurrent cerebral infarction and non valvular atrial fibrillation are high. The proportion of patients with blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease and past stroke history increased.(3)except for diabetes and past stroke history, the level of troponin and cardiac EF is lower than 50%,which may be cerebral infarction.Death is not an independent risk factor for the recurrence of valvular atrial fibrillation.(4)treatment methods, double anticoagulation and low molecular weight heparin anticoagulation may reduce cerebral infarction and non valvular atrial fibrillation. The risk of relapse in acute phase was statistically significant.(5)The CHA2DS2 — VASc scores of the study group and the control group were all high risk, and the study group and the control group were There was no significant difference in CHA2DS2—VASc score between the two groups, indicating a CHA2DS2 —VASc score. We can not predict the risk of recurrence of acute cerebral infarction complicated with non valvular atrial fibrillation. The recurrence of atrial fibrillation in the acute phase should be combined with other factors.
