In this paper,the primary classification,processing technology,processing technology,processing technology and liver toxicity of Polygonum multiflorumrum Thunb.The weight of Polygonum multiflorumrum grouping,ash,extract,two styrene gl-ycoside,the combined anthraquinone content as the index of Polygonum multif-lorum was graded on the first level is divided into: Polygonum multiflorumrum quality(above 400g),level two(200 ~ 400g),three(100g ~ 200g),four grade(below100g)four levels,through the comprehensive evaluation method is selected in a first grade of Polygonum multiflorumrum(quality 400g/ above)the best quality.To ash,extract,two styrene glycoside,the combined anthraquinone content as the index,the comprehensive score of orthogonal method,the effects of herbal medicine processing Heshouwu habitat classification,drying temperature,slice thickness on the quality of Polygonum multiflorumrum.According to the experimental results,the optimum processing technology of Polygonum multiflorumrum Thunb.The weight of Polygonum multiflorumrum Thunb.is more than 400g/,the slice thickness is 8~12mm,and the drying temperature is about 40 ?.With different preparation processing quality of Polygonum multiflorumrum black Doushi index,using the comprehensive evaluation method of black bean juice preparation process was studied.According to the experimental results of black bean juice the best extraction conditions: water quantity of 12 times,the extraction time was 4 h,2 times of extraction,the extraction process parameters of black Doushi processing Polygonum multiflorumrum,the highest quality index of Polygonum multiflorumrum.In order to extract,two stilbene glucoside,anthraquinone content as the index,the comprehensive score of orthogonal method in processing of processing time,slice thickness and drying temperature were studied.The optimized process suitable for concoction: processing time for 24 h,slice thickness is 8 ~ 12 mm,the drying temperature is 70 ?.In Polygonum multiflorumrum extract and anthraquinone glycosides,styrene content as the index of equivalent chemical equivalent research,preliminary integration of technology and traditional processing technology,study on the rationality of integration technology,determine the processing and processing integration of Polygonum multiflorumrum processing technology: processing time24 h,slice thickness is 8 to 12 mm.The drying temperature is 70 ?.The water extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori(40g/kg * d),the water extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori(40g/kg * d),distilled water(40g/kg * d)were used for continuous intragastric administration for 60 days in SD rats.Alanine amintransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were measured in rat blood,and liver tissue was taken in the same time.According to the experiment results: the water extract of Polygonum multiflorumrum thumb administration group,water extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori administration group,the integration of the water extract of Polygonum multiflorumrum thumb drug group compared with the blank control group of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase did not significantly increase.In the Polygonum multiflorumrum group,the liver fat was significantly changed,and a few inflammatory cells were observed.The liver of the Radix Polygoni Multiflori group and the integration group had mild steatosis,but there was no inflammatory cell infiltration.
