Purpose:The Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex is the dry bark of the Rutaceae tree with the yellow skin,it tastes bitter,cold in nature.It can clear heat and dampness,detoxicate and treat sores,purging fire and removing steam.The traditional processing method ofPhellodendri Chinensis Cortex can cause a large amount of loss of effective components and reduce the efficacy.Therefore,our research group used processing method of originprocessing integration processing Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex pieces,then compared with the cork pieces processed with the traditional method.According to the content of chemical composition,pharmacological potency of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory to explore the advantages of origin processing integration of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,to provideexperimental basis for clinical medication and quality evaluation of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex pieces.Material and methodMaterial:Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex collected from Ya'an City,Sichuan effects of heat syndrome rats oforigin processing integration and traditional Phellodendri ChinensisCortexFirstly,rats were divided into 11 groups,then each group of rats were gavageadministration in accordance with the dose of 10mL/kg continuously of 6 days and test rectal temperature,on the 7th day except the blank group,each group of rats subcutaneouslyinjected with 20%dry yeast,gavage administration 0.5 hours after,the blank group gavage the same amount of saline,test rectal temperature every 1 hour,6 hours after modeling,the contents of TNF-?,IL-1?,IL-6,IL-10 and PGE2 in the hypothalamus of rats were detected,and compare them.6.Comparative study on the effect of origin processing integrationand traditional Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex on acute bacterialperitonitis in Phellodendron powder contains crystal sheath fiber,branched stone cells and square crystal;In the chromatography of the tested products,the same color spots were found in the corresponding positions of the control medicinal materials chromatography and the control drugs chromatography;According to the measured results and requirements in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition:This product is calculated on dry goods,containing berberine hydrochloride(C20H17NO4·HCl),not less than 3%,containing phellodendrine hydrochloride(C20H23NO4·HCl),not less than 0.34%,the water shall not exceed composition in the integration of origin processing and processing of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex is high,the quality of the integration oforigin processing and processing of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex is better.Combined with production practice,the best medicinal part of the original plant of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex is the cortex.Comparing with traditional Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,the origin processing integration Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex have more antipyretic effect on heat syndrome rats,the treatment effect is better.The effect of origin processing integration of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex on acute bacterial peritonitis is stronger and the therapeutic effect is better.From the analysis of the cellular level,comparing with traditional Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,the integrated processing of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex cansignificantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors and increase the phagocytic ability of macrophages to neutral red.The origin processing integration of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex also can repair the injury nephrocyte better.From the fingerprint and quality standard of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and its different processed products which were established,we can know that the establishedfingerprint has good precision,stability and reproducibility,which has an important sense of controlling the quality of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and its processed products.The method to research on thequality is simple operation,good repeatability,strong stability,which can be applied to the pieces of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and its different processed products to control quality.From the research on the processing technology of honeyed Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,we can know that the best processing technology of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex processed with honey is reasonable and feasible,it can significantly reduce the oxidativedamage in oral fibroblasts,has a certain therapeutic effect on oral ulcer.
