Abstract/Summary:
[Objectives] To investigate the relationship between serum creatine kinase level and essential hypertension in young patients.[Methods] Collection 120 inpatients and outpatients who were newly diagnosed essential hypertension in young patients and never taking antihypertensive drugs were collected in our hospital as Hypertension Research Group(Fu jian Medical University Affiliated Quan zhou First Hospital)from June 2015 to June 2016,Of which 77 cases of male,43 cases of female, mean age(34.50±5.89)years old.60 healthy persons who were out-patient health check over the same period were chosen as healthy control group,Of which 35 cases of male,25 cases of female, mean age(35.50±4.89)years old.According to the World Health Organization(WHO)hypertension grading standards are divided into three groups: grade 1 group(n=20),grade 2 group(n=42),grade 3 groups(n=58);according to the WHO hypertension risk stratification standards are divided into: the low risk group(n=15),the middle risk group(n=25),the high risk group(n=32),the high risk group(n=48).Compared the levels of serum CK in the hypertensive group and the control group,The difference of serum CK level between different grading and risk stratification in hypertensive group was compared. At the same time, serum CK and various risk factors of cardiovascular disease were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.[Results] 1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,TC、TG、LDH-C、HDL-C、GLU and CRE between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of serum CK、UA、SBP、DBP、BMI in the hypertensive group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of serum levels of CK in different grades of hypertension: There was no significant difference in the general data of the three groups of hypertension(P>0.05);But there was significant difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P <0.05).The serum CK of grade 2 group(145.19±57.44U/L)was higher than that of grade 1 group(112.00±52.45U/L),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was significant difference in serum CK between grade 2 group and grade 3 group(231.07±67.12U/L)(P <0.05).3.Hypertension at different risk stratified levels of serum CK: There was no significant difference between the four groups in the general data of different risk stratification(P> 0.05).But there was significant difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P <0.05).The serum CK in the middle risk group(141.52±53.90U/L)was significantly higher than that in the low risk group(100.53±53.38U/L)(P <0.05);The serum CK in the middle risk group was significantly lower than that in the high risk group(181.56±84.71U/L)(P <0.05);Compared with the high risk group,The serum CK was significantly higher than that of the high risk group(226.75±60.18U/L)(P <0.05).4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum CK as the dependent variable,age,BMI、SBP、DBP、GLU、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、CRE and UA as an independent variable, the correlation analysis showed that serum CK levels and SBP、DBP was proportional(r=0.353,r=0.261,P<0.05).5.The logistic regression analysis: with hypertension as the dependent variable,age,BMI、TC、TG、LDH-C、HDL-C、GLU、CRE、UA as independent variables, regression analysis showed that serum CK is an independent risk factor of hypertension(OR=1.032,95%CI:1.022-1.043,P<0.05).[Conclusions] Serum creatine phosphokinase levels increased gradually with different levels of blood pressure and different risk stratification in young EH patients, which may be involved in the development and progression of blood pressure.
