Objective:This study aims at researching the effect of enteral nutrition intervention with Compound cAMP on patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy,by observing clinical symptoms, the state of anemia, immune function and nutritional status.Explore a suitable enteral nutrition intervention program for patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy,so as to improve the nutritional status of the patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy, alleviate the clinical symptoms, correct anemia, enhance the ability of immune defense, and shorten the hospitalization time.Method:73 cases of acute leukemia patients with chemotherapy confirmed by the second hospital of Shanxi Medical University were choosed.Among them 37 cases were randomly divided into Intervention group and 36 cases in Control group. The patients of two group on the basis of routine clinical treatment were gived routine enteral nutrition support[ per kilogram of body weight standard for energy(105 k J/d),nitrogen(1.5 g/d)],including individual nutrition guidance and enteral nutrition recipes. But intervention group was provided Compound cAMP 40 ml/d.Nutrition intervention lasted for 4 weeks.During this period, the patients' vital signs were obversed,in the mean time gastrointestinal function, changes of spirit, sleep status and hospital stays were recorded.Venous blood samples were collected to test indexes before intervention,at the secend and fourth weekend of intervention.Detection related observation indexes included:(1)Blood indexes: hemoglobin(HGB),red blood cell(RBC)and platelet(PLT);(2)Immuneindexes: T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)and NK cells;(3)Nutrition indexes: total protein(TP),prealbumin(PA)and albumin(ALB).Results:1.Clinical observation indexes: During the enteral nutrition intervention experiment, the vital signs of two groups were stable, incidence of gastrointestinal side effects were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with control group, the mental health status and the quality of sleep of intervention group were more stable during the test, and the incidence of nausea were also lower(P<0.05).Though the loss of appetite and incidence of nausea were mitigated, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Blood indicators: Before the test, the blood indexs of intervention group and control group were no statistical difference(P>0.05).At the second and fourth weekend of intervention,RBC,HGB and PLT of intervention group were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,RBC,HGB and PLT of intervention group increased more significantly(P<0.05).3.Immune indicators: Before the test, the immune indexes of intervention group and control group were equally comparable(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,at the second and fourth weekend, the content of NK cells of the intervention group were higher than control group(P<0.05).And CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of intervention group were obvious difference only at the fourth weekend(P<0.05).At the second weekend, although the T lymphocyte subsets of intervention group were higher than control group, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Nutrition indicators: Before the test, nutrition indicators of intervention group and control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05).At the second and fourth weekend,TP,PA and ALB of intervention group were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).And compared with the control group,TP,PA and ALB of intervention group increased more significantly(P<0.05).5.The average hospitalization time: Compared with control group, the average hospitalization time of intervention group were shortened(P<0.05).Conclusions:Natural enteral nutrition support Compound cAMP will reduce the burden of gastrointestinal tract.Using Compound cAMP of enteral nutrition intervention can correct anemia of the patients, boost immune defenses, improve nutritional status, and help to improve the patients' gastrointestinal function, the mental health status and the quality of sleep, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, shorten hospitalization time.
