Purpose:By investigating the cognitive level,the intention of medical treatment and the demand of primary health care in the community residents of Taiyuan City.Investigation and Analysis on the Cognitive Level of Residents in Yingze District of Taiyuan City,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the awareness rate of medical treatment and the treatment of community residents,and putsforward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the awareness rate of community residents Provincial level diagnosis and treatment mode of scientific construction and improvement to provide the basis to promote the development of health care in Shanxi Province to protect people's life and health.Method:This study uses hostorical literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey andstatistical analysis.Taking the random sampling method,taking Yingze District of Taiyuan City as an ecxample,two communities were randimly selected in Yingze District,and 300 residents were randomly sampled in each community.The questionnaire was designed by self-designed questionnaire,and the questionnaire was distributed and investigated by the graduate students of social medicine and health management specialty of Shanxi Medical University.Themain contents of the questionnaire include:basic population sitution,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode cognitive level,medical intentions,primary health service needs.The questionnaire was collected by Epidata 3.1,and the quality control was carried out strictly.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:The issuance of the questionnaire 600,the recovery of 589,the effective recovery rate of 98.16%.1.The classification of the diagnosis and treatment: the survey of 189 people(32.1%)heard of the classification of treatment,400(67.9%)did not hear the classification of treatment,through the investigation of the introduction of graded clinics and The role of499 people(84.7%)agreed to implement the classification of treatment.2.The community medical institutions to understand the situation: 589 people were investigated in 333(56.5%)said that the community has a general practitioner,256(43.5%)do not know the community has a general practitioner.152 people(25.8%)said they were willing to visit the community health service center first(sick).Satisfaction survey of community medical institutions showed that Taiyuan residents were most satisfied with the convenience of community medical institutions,and were most dissatisfied with the level of medical equipment and medical treatment.3.The influencing factors of the awareness rate of graded diagnosis and treatment:The result of binary logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the rate of diagnosis and treatment were the classification and consultation and the existence of community medical experience.4.Taiyuan community medical institutions medical treatment factors analysis: the binary logistic regression analysis showed that the impact of residents to the community medical institutions for medical treatment is the main factor in medical equipment and medical treatment level Conclusion:This study found that the residents of Taiyuan City community for the classification of treatment system awareness is generally low,medical equipment and medical staff level is the impact of residents to the community treatment of the main factors,the residents of the higher expectations of classification and treatment.It is suggested that the Shanxi provincial government and the health-related departments should improve the grass-roots medical system,do a good job in service management,increase policy propaganda,establish a medical union to promote the vertical flow of medical resources and improve the medical treatment of primary medical personnel.
