Analysis And Nursing Countermeasure On Influencing Factors Of Perinatal Birth Defects In Yingze District, Taiyuan

Objective: This study through the investigation of taiyuan yingze district perinatal birth defects monitoring data from 2008 to 2015,to understand the occurrence of birth defects in yingze district situation and trends,with 1:1 matched case-control study methods to analyze the influence factors of birth defects happen,put forward corresponding nursing intervention measures,to provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of birth defects,to reduce the incidence of birth defects,improve the birth population quality.Methods: 1.The analysis of perinatal birth defects monitoring result from 2008 to 2015 in yingze district,taiyuan.Through collecting perinatal birth defects monitoring data which monitors birth defects of yingze district,taiyuan from 2008 to 2015,to obtain calendar year data of perinatal birth defects,the content including the annual number of perinatal,number of birth defects,the types of birth defects,birth defects of perinatal outcome,etc.After Inputting data into Excel table,using simple statistical methods such as incidence rate,constituent ratio,to analyze the situation and the change trend of birth defects.2.Research to influencing factors of perinatal birth defects and nursing intervention in yingze district,taiyuan.With 1:1 matched case-control study methods to analyze the influence factors of perinatal birth defects of yingze district,taiyuan.After get the related information of Case group and the control group from the taiyuan maternal and c hild health care integrated management platform,using the Excel table input data,and SPSS19.0 packages to conditional Logistic regression analysis of single factor and multiple factors.Aiming at the influence factors of birth defects happen,nursing intervention countermeasures are put forward.Results:1.The analysis of perinatal birth defects monitoring result in yingze district,taiyuan.(1)A total of 56723 cases of perinatal monitoring,yingze district,taiyuan from 2008 to 2015,including 853 cases of birth defects,the incidence of birth defects was 150.38 / m.The national incidence of perinatal birth defects was 145.06 / m,incidence of birth defects in yingze district is higher than the national average.On the whole,yingze district birth defects happen peak from 2010 to 2012,volatility from 2012 to 2014,then remain at high levels.(2)The top five birth defects is followed by congenital hydrocephalus,multiple finger /toe,neural tube defects,outer ear malformations,congenital heart disease.2.Research to the influential factors of perinatal birth defects of yingze district,taiyuan,and nursing intervention.(1)Multiple factors conditional logistic regression analysis results showed that folic acid supplementation(O R=0.548),antenatal examination(OR=0.320)for the birth defects as protection factors,adverse pregnancy outcomes in the past(O R=1.769),father smoking(O R=1.379),pregnancy complications:pregnancy hypertension disease(OR=1.675),and gestational diabetes(OR=2.013),and other pregnancy complications(OR=1.590)as risk factors for birth defects.(2)Positive folic acid supplement during pregnancy,increasing the number of antenatal examination,forming good habits and paying attention to the situation during pregnancy and so on are important measures to prevent birth defects.In the aspect of nursing intervention,through set up pregnant women school,set up a midwife outpatient service,carry out one-stop free prenatal screening to reduce the incidence of birth defects.Conclusion: 1.Incidence of birth defects of yingze district taiyuan at a high level,is higher than the national average.The top five birth defects is followed by congenital hydrocephalus,multiple finger(toe),neural tube defects,outer ear malformations,congenital heart disease.2.Folic acid supplements and antenatal examination for the birth defect as protection factors;Previous adverse pregnancy outcomes,father smoking and pregnancy complications as risk factors for birth defects.3.In the aspect of nursing intervention,such as offer pregnant women school courses,set up a midwife outpatient service,carry out one-stop free prenatal screening are important measures to prevent birth defects.
