Section I Surveillance of Birth Defects in 162 Million Perinatal Children in Two YearsObjective To analyze the basic birth status of 1.62 million perinatal infants in Guangxi and provide clues for the study of maternal influencing factors in congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 1620719 perinatal infants were hospitalized in Guangxi from 2016 to 2017,and the basic situation of perinatal infants was statistically described. The incidence of 24 birth defects in perinatal infants was statistically analyzed.Statistical software was used for STATA14.0 analysis. Results There were a total of 1,680,860 perinatal perinatal births in Guangxi in the past two years, including 1620719 cases in this study, accounting for 96.42%.Among 1,620,719 cases of perinatal births,15062 cases of birth defects were detected.(1)Basic situation of perinatal monitoring: The average birth weight of perinatal children is 3133.89±444.42(g),the average birth length is 50.02±1.98(cm),the average gestational age is 38.54±1.73(weeks);the low birth weight accounts for 5.20%,extremely low Birth weight accounted for0.34%;(2)Birth defect incidence ranking: Of the 24 birth defects monitoredover two years, the top 10 in the incidence of birth defects was polydactyly(M)/multiple(24.14/10,000),congenital Heart disease(22.12/10,000),Clubfoot(6.60/10,000),Finger/toe(5.81/10,000),Hypospadias(5.51/10,000),Other deformities of the external auditory canal(3.65/10,000),Fetal edema Syndrome(2.67/10,000),rectal anal atresia(2.10/10,000),small ears(1.62/10,000),cleft lip and palate(1.49/10,000).(3)Incidence of different types of birth defects:congenital malformations of the musculoskeletal system(38.02/10,000),congenital malformations of the circulating blood system(21.89/10,000),congenital malformations of the eyes, ears, face and neck(5.39/ Million),urinary system congenital malformations(5.18/10,000),cleft lip and palate(3.31/ten thousand). Conclusion The incidence of congenital heart rate ranks second in the 24 types of birth defects monitored in Guangxi, and the incidence of congenital malformations in the musculoskeletal system is high.Section? Analysis of Influencing Factors of Maternal Pregnancy during Congenital FetusObjective To analyze the influential factors of conceived mothers during pregnancy in order to explore prevention and control measures, and provide scientific basis for congenital prevention and control, reducing the birth rate of congenital fetuses and optimizing the allocation of maternal and child health services. Methods A total of 1620719 cases of maternal examinations, delivery, and perinatal births during the 2016-2017 Guangxi hospitalization period were collected to describe the demographic characteristics of the maternal and perinatal children, and statistical analysis was conducted on the distribution characteristics of the concentric population. The congenital Poisson regression maternal influencing factor model was constructed using general information of maternal information including general conditions, abnormal birth history, severe internal and external complications, pregnancy complications, and pregnancy abnormalities. The analysis of the congenital heart disease and maternal factors during pregnancy was conducted.Associations.Statistical analysis was performed using STATA 14.0 software.Results(1)The basic maternal pregnancy: the average delivery age was28.23±6.42 years;the average delivery time was 1.85±0.84(times),the average gestational age was 38.64±1.73(weeks);the gestational age during pregnancy was less than 37 weeks(5.71%);Frequency of 6.90+3.28(times);cesarean section accounted for 24.63%;Han nationality accounted for 94.49%;Zhuang population accounted for 3.78%;(2)Congenital heart population distribution characteristics: delivery age was above 40 years old(40.54/ ten thousand),Zhuang nationality(26.77/ Millions),one-childbirth(28.20/ten thousand),high-risk pregnancies(36.75/ten thousand),fewer than five times(26.52/10,000),unproductive screen(19.90/ten thousand),male perinatal(22.99/ten thousand),low Percentage of prenatal births(105.45/10,000),birth length below the median(27.53/10,000),preterm birth(100.55/10,000)were higher(P<0.01);(3)perinatal pregnancy Factor analysis: The maternal pregnancy factors with higher congenital heart rate were: cardiac function 3-4(250.00/10,000),pneumonia(212.77/10,000),history of congenital abnormalities(142.05/10,000),and stillbirth history(139.28/million),multiple pregnancy(136.28/ten thousand),contact with suspected teratogenic substances(131.58/10,000)during pregnancy, pregnancy Combined multi-factor Poisson regression analysis results of combined immune disease(130.55/10,000),uterine fibroids removal or uterine repair history(114.74/10,000),diabetes(100.13/10,000),and placental abruption(112.17/10,000)(4): 1 abnormal uterus or soft birth canal, uterine fibroids or uterine repair history, severe preeclampsia, threatened abortion, multiple births, threatened premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, pregnancy contact with suspected teratogenic substances, history of congenital abnormalities, stillbirth History of birth, pneumonia, diabetes, abnormal thyroid function, mental illness or nervous system disease, and pregnancy-associated immune system disease are important factors affecting the mother's congenital heart;2 genetic diseases of pregnant women and their first-degree relatives, contact with suspected teratogenic substances during pregnancy, and artificial 2or spontaneous abortion, history of congenital anomalies, history of neonatal deaths, history of postpartum hemorrhage,diabetes,pregnancy-associated immune system diseases, and other serious internal and external diseases are important factors affecting the congenital heart of the ethnic minority. Conclusion Maternal senior,high-risk,one-child,Zhuang,and unsystematic birth control are the main groups of pregnant women who are mainly involved in preventive intervention.Maternal adverse pregnancy history, severe preeclampsia, exposure to teratogenic substances, and diabetes may be important contributors to congenital heart disease. The history of adverse pregnancy, hereditary diseases, and complications of pregnancy may be important influencing factors for the ethnic minorities.
