The Clinical Aesthetic Study Of Nasal Supports For Children With Different Unilateral Cleft Lip With Nasal Deformity Reconstructive At The Same Period

Objective:To observe children with different cleft lip line during the same period with postoperative nasal cleft lip nasal deformity correction and correcting the nasal deformity.Through the method of objective evaluation.Nasal brace on different forms of the first phase of cleft lip nasal deformity reconstructive surgery of nasal aesthetic study.And to provide reference for clinical treatment of different cleft lip nasal deformity.And for postoperative secondary nasal deformity reconstructive provide strong conditions.Methods:40 children aged from 3 to 6 months with different unilateral cleft lip were chosen from January 2012 to October 2016 in the first clinical medical college of shanxi medical university.22 cases of male,18 female patients.The average age of them are 4.5 ± 0.5 months.divided into four group.group one:Incomplete unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity reconstructive surgery in the same period+Postoperative nasal brace treatment for half a year.group two:Incomplete unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity reconstructive surgery in the same period.group three:Line unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformity reconstructive surgery+Postoperative nasal brace treatment for half a year.group four:Unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformity correction surgery in the same period.Six months after the experimental group with digital photo shooting for objective evaluation.Results:By measuring the nasal asymmetric rate and Angle indicator of relatedindicators.Conclusion after spss20.0 software for statistical analysis.Four groups of difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05)Nasal shape from excellent to good group respectively.two.three.four.Contrast in groups 2 and 4 found,children with different cleft lip in under the condition of the same cleft lip method.incomplete unilateral cleft lip were lesser than complete cleft lip patients in thickness.width,height,nostril nose nostril nose protruding distance,nostril perimeter in the area of asymmetric rate.nose abducent angles,columella slope Angle.the nasal floor slope Angle in complete unilateral is bigger than that.children with postoperative nasal shape recovery is associated with the degree of cleft lip nasal deformity.1.Contrast in group 1 with group 2 and group 3 with group 4 found that children with same unilateral cleft lip under the condition of same warlock.children wearing nasal support group are lesser in the nostril nose thickness.width,height,nostril nose protruding distance,nostrils the perimeter in the area of the asymmetric rate compared with children without nasal support.The children with nasal support were much smaller in Nose abducent angles,columella slope Angle,the nasal floor slope,indicates that the nasal support in maintaining the issue of nasal deformity reconstructive surgery of postoperative has important clinical significance.also can provide great operation condition for the second phase of nasal deformity reconstructive surgery.Conclusion:Children with Different unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity surgery in the first phase.after wearing nose brace as correction measures of postoperative supporting treatment.It has great significant for guiding the nasal growth and development in clinical.And also can create good conditions for nasal deformities for secondary surgery,reducing the phase ii operation difficulty at the same time.
