Objective:We are retrospective analysis and research the clinical data of first time onset of febrile convulsion about 148 childrent of starting age within a year, and follow up a year,To concluded that the recurrence rate of the first half year, the second new recurrence and a year, epilepsy conversion rate and poor prognosis(intelligence, movement and so on),to statistic the risk factors of first half year, the second new recurrence and a year, and the recent recurrence and poor prognosis factors. Methods:Collected the clinical data of children with FS from shan xiprovince children,s hospital from January 1,2015 to December 31,2015,follow-up a year, summarize the characteristics of each period of clinical data, work out the recurrence rate of the first half year, the second new recurrence and a year, epilepsy conversion.According to the time corresponding comparative relapse group and no recurrence in gender, start of the season, starting age, onset temperature, convulsion duration, family history, sodium(less than 135 tendency/L),anemia,eeg changes and imaging changes whether there are differences in statistics, select statistically significant risk factor(P < 0.1)further binary classification multiariable Logistic regression analysis, the statistics major risk factors of recurrent FS.Results:1.the FS on the prevalence of children within a year old within have difference and consistent with previously reported, the incidence of boys higher than the girls(male: female is 1.55:1).This data also hint: 119 cases(80%)with febrile convulsion is caused by upper respiratory tract infection,Second is exanthema subitum 24 cases(16%);Image abnormal lesions is 19 cases(12.84%),cranial CT or MRI brain development in children is not perfectful for111cases(75%).2.the number of half year relapse was 49 cases(33.78%),the second half of the new number 26 cases(17.58%).recurrence of a year the number of 74 cases(51.35%).The stage the prognosis is good, the children of motor development normal(100%),one year follow-up period into epilepsy for 10 cases(4.05%).3.All year recurrence single factor analysis results show that gender is boy,the onset temperature is low, onset greater than 2 times, have family history, imaging changes are statistically significant, again into the logistic regression analysis: body temperature, the onset temperature is low, have family history, gender is boy, imaging changes are major risk factors of FS recurrent.4.The first half of recurrence(the recent recurrence)single factor analysis results show that the onset temperature is low, convulsions thermal process short, have family history, imaging changes are statistically significant, again into the logistic regression analysis: the onset temperature is low, convulsions thermal process short, have family history, imaging changes are major risk factors of FS recurrent.5.The second half new recurrence(the not recent recurrence)single factor analysis results show that the gender is boy, have family history, the onset temperature is low are statistically significant, then again into the logistic regression: the gender is boy,the onset temperature is low are major risk factors of FS recurrent.6.The study also confirmed the first half with a recurrence of children is a risk factor for recurrence again. Conclusions:In general, the starting age within one year old children of febrile convulsions relative good prognosis.Gender(boy)?convulsions temperature low?first half had a relapse?convulsions thermal process short?have family history ?imaging changes are major risk factors of FS recurrent.Convulsions temperature low?convulsions thermal process short?have family history ?imaging changes have prompt significance for the recent recurrence.Gender(boy)?convulsions temperature low have prompt significance for the not recent recurrence.First onset seasons, anemia, low sodium, eeg changes have not statistical difference in the research.
