System Evaluation Of Immediate Reconstruction After Mastectomy Of Breast Cancer In The Oncology Security

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to discusses the necessity of the breast cancer mastectomy breast reconstruction and systematically review the literature and compare the 5-year disease-free surial rate,overall survival rate in patients with and without immediate breast reconstruction(IBR)following mastectomy for breast cancer.And to understand the immediate breast reconstruction after mastectomy of breast cancer affects the prognosis of patients with presence.Methods:"Breast cancer" "reconstruction" is the Chinese word retrieval,?Breast Neoplasms???breest cancer???Mammaplasty? ?breast reconstruction?is the English word retrieval,By searching PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane,and wanfang database since 2006 published at home and abroad about the document of breast reconstruction after mastectomy of breast cancer related,Meta analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.2 software provided by Cochrane collaboration to meet the inclusion criteria Results:Finally 7 English literatures and 1 Chinese literature were included,8 articles all were retrospective study,of wich there is 6 separate research group cohort study,the total number is 2858 cases,postoperative immediate reconstruction group was 1265 cases,simple mastectomy group 1593 cases.Patients with breast cancer after mastectomy were younger than those with simple mastectomy.Breast cancer patients can be divided into early metaphase and late.Most of the patients were treated with adjuvant therapy.Breast reconstruction can be roughly divided into two kinds of autologous and allogeneic,autologous always transplanted with local myocutaneous flap,Rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap,latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap,gluteus maximus myocutaneous flap is commonly used.The results of meta analysis showed that: compared with the 2 groups,the disease-free survival rate of 5 years was OR=1.32,the 95% confidence interval(95% CI:0.96,1.82),the OR value has no statistical significance.The overall survival rate of 5 years was OR=1.36,the 95% confidence interval(95% CI:0.86,2.14),the OR value has no statistical significance.Conclusions:This systematic review showed that there was no significant difference in the 5 year disease-free survival and overall survival in patients with breast cancer after mastectomy,Immediate breast reconstruction after breast cancer resection does not reduce the patient's five year survival rate,and is a safe and feasible treatment.
