Objective: To study the redistribution of sodium ions of extracellular fluid and bone in hyponatremia after treatment. Methods: Collected hospitalized patients with hyponatremia from December-2011 to December-2016 according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to be about 30-50 cases.Using the formula to calculate the sodium remaining in the extracellular fluid and transferred to the bone. These two sets of data were tested for normal distribution test, and calculated the mean and median, then performed t-test,linear regression and correlation analysis of the two sets of data. Results: We collected 30 cases finally. The normal distribution skewness of the sodium ion added to the extracellular fluid(variable X)was-0.612 and the kurtosis was-0.222,and the Shapiro-Wilk test p <0.05.The normal distribution was not showed to be set up.The normal distribution skewness of the increased sodium ion in the bone(variable Y)was-0.146,the kurtosis was-1.479,and the Shapiro-Wilk test p <0.05.So was the normal distribution of variable Y.The normal distribution skewness of the difference(variable X-Y)was 0.846,the kurtosis was 0.459,the Shapiro-Wilk test p> 0.05.The median of X or Y was 105.43 or 64.79,a quarter of spacing was 72.24 or 27.28 respectively. The median of X was significantly higher than that of Y(p<0.05).The normal distribution of variable X-Y showed to be set up.According to the results of linear regression analysis,we got a formula: Y = 43.5 + 0.17 X.The regression coefficient t test of the independent variable(X)v.s.the dependent variable(Y)data showed p value > 0.05,which was not statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.The normal distribution of addition of sodium ions of extracellular fluid and of sodium ionsof bone was not confirmed. The median of X or Y was 105.43 or 64.79,a quarter of spacing was 72.24 or 27.28 respectively.2.The addition of sodium ions of extracellular fluid is significantly higher than that of bone after treatment.3.Y(dependent variable)=43.5+0.17 X(independent variable),the linear regression relationship between X and Y was not statistically significant.
