Objective:This study was undertaken to explore the pain in patients with gynecological laparoscopic and the effect of postoperative self-control analgesia in patients with gynecological laparoscopic effect, and further to find the factors influencing patients postoperative analgesia analysis. Methods:We retrospectively collected 182 patients. All the patients were divided into two groups.Group A was an uncontrolled analgesic group, and B was pain-controlled analgesic group after surgery. The data were collected and sorted through the postoperative follow-up of all patients.Patient characters including weight and years and surgical factors and IV PCA-related data including remaining volume, educational level, and adverse reactions were collected. We applied Chi-square test,one-way analysis of variance, and multiple linear regression for data analysis.Results:182 patients were involved in the experiment, including 90 in group A and 92 in group B.Postoperative pain in gynecologic laparoscopic patients involves incision pain and non-incision pain.Data show that the incision pain than incision pain severe(P< 0.05)compared with A group of patients, and VAS score of the group B is reduced, the incidence of PONV of them is lower(P<0.05),the need for additional cases of postoperative pain or sickness patients decreased significantly(P< 0.05).The average age of the 92 patients was 41.2±8.8 years. The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)and early discontinuation were not statistically significant among the different surgical groups(P=0.7440 and P=0.697,respectively).Eighteen patients wanted discontinuation of IV PCA and the remaining volume was 61.11 ± 9.7 ml.The significant determinants of remaining volume were whether IV PCA was discontinued due to PONV and duration of surgery(P<0.001).The surgical duration was inversely correlated with the remaining volume.Conclusion:1,Postoperative pain in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery included incision pain and non-incision pain.Although the incidence of non-incision pain is lower than that of the incision,it is often more painful than the incision pain.2,PCIA can relieve the postoperative pain of the gynecologic laparoscopic patient.3,Early discontinuation of IV PCA due to PONV is a major contributing factor to wastage of medicine.Prevention and treatment of PONV is needed to encourage patients to maintain PCA use for pain control.
