Clinical Analysis Of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery-related Complications

Objective: To analyzes and discusses the types of gynecological laparoscopicsurgery complications, occurrence, the main causes and how to deal with, and improve thesafety of the procedure, formulate prevention measures and reduce complications.Methods: From January-1-2010～December-31-2011in First Affiliated Hospital ofXinjiang Medical University of laparoscopic surgery3076cases in gynecologylaparoscopic surgery were studied retrospectively. Results:3076cases of gynecologicallaparoscopic surgery, complications occurred in27cases, the incidence rate of0.88%,21cases of laparoscopic-related complications, the incidence rate of0.68%, of which5caseswas required surgery, a case of fibroids residue request discharge from not furthertreatment, the others all with conservative treatment cured, and no deaths. Another52cases with intraoperative for various reasons found laparoscopic surgery and should not betransferred to opening appendectomy processing, thus to avoid more complications.Conclusion: strictly grasp of laparoscopic surgery indications, serious, cautious in surgery,carry out to your level of laparoscopic surgery, improve the skills of surgeons and, whennecessary, transfer open is to reduce the complications key.
