Social Expectation Management ResearchBased On New Health Care Reform

The social expectation is the subjective evaluation of the expectation of the main body according to their own economic,health and other benefits to the trend of social change[34].Its good or bad,influence the size of a direct impact on the reform,stability and development.Social expectation management is the process that government departments use the policy means to guide and regulate the formation and change of the public expectation,which is helpful to promote the healthy development of economy and society[34].Since the start of the new health care reform,the government has taken effective measures to protect the basic,strong grass-roots,and build mechanisms to meet the growing demand for health care.The state of the social expectations of the management of the work of the deployment,the timely release of the new health care reform,in response to public concern hot and difficult issues,reasonable guide social expectations.But at present,there are still many people in new medical reform not understanding,misunderstanding,and induce irrational social expectations,the formation of medical disputes and other social instability,even some of them have been in the Internet,has seriously hindered the process of health care reform,harming social stability,poses a great threat to people's health and the safety of life and property.In this study,a district of Chongqing city as an example,based on the domestic and foreign theory and experience in the area of the new medical reform of social investigation situation based on the expected,combing through data analysis and problem to get the corresponding conclusion and puts forward some feasible countermeasures.This research uses the literature analysis of domestic and foreign health care and social expectations theory,social policy,focus on understanding the expected impact on the economy and society,the definition of social expectations of the new medical reform,analyzes the basic characteristics of social expectations and induced by irrational social expected principle is introduced;the main work,an important measure of new national medical reform in Chongqing and Chongqing,a district of the new medical reform;through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation and problems facing the expectations of the new medical reform society,from the mass of the new medical reform policy of the understanding,satisfaction,attitude and other aspects of the new medical reform society expected risk,put forward the new reform of social expectations in the formation of the source has many causes,the formation of initial degree many factors,the formation process of intensified main problems in many aspects of spatial manipulation;through interviews to understand the new medical reform Social expectations management level,management mode,management process,management effect of the status quo,as well as the degree of attention to be strengthened,the lack of innovation in ways and means,the focus of the direction of the shift,the role of the existence of gaps and other issues.This study is expected to related theories and interviews,the sound of the new medical reform policy making multi-party politics mechanism,timely publicity and interpretation mechanism,the flow of public opinion feedback mechanism,contradiction investigation disposal mechanism,the people expected guidance mechanism for five mechanism initiatives,in order to ensure the scientific,the introduction of the policy of the authority,the current policy hold seize the initiative,grasp the developments of control of public opinion control to enhance the ideological consciousness of behavior,to promote the formation of new medical society is expected to provide reasonable reference.
