Application Of Precise Hepatectomy In Children's Liver Cancer

objective: to summarize the evaluation precision liver resection in the treatment of liver tumors in children using effect.Methods: Review of Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Children's Hospital Hepatobiliary Surgery January 2009 to December 2016 hospitalized 78 cases of precision liver resection in children with liver cancer patients,including male 43 cases,35 cases,with an average age of 2 years old in February.All children with preoperative complete liver result and high resolution imaging examination preoperative assessment.In the accurate preoperative evaluation based on careful operation scheme design and planning,with minimal trauma from broken liver parenchyma and control of postoperative complications.Results: 78 cases of children with surgery process smoothly,for an average of 199 min(60 min-480 min),intraoperative blood loss,on average,412 ml(10 ml-3600 ml),hemodynamics was stable in children with surgery.2-3 d postoperative bowel function recovery after eating,liver function recovery time,on average 6d(4d-9d),the average hospitalization time 8 d(7 d to 21 d).Conclusion: precise hepatectomy can be safely and effectively complete resection of liver tumors,less intraoperative complications,follow-up effect is good.
