| Background: anxiety disorder after stroke(PSAD)is one of the common complications after cerebrovascular disease,because it can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and their caregivers,and even increase the mortality rate of patients with cerebral vascular disease,so early diagnosis and treatment of anxiety after stroke is to improve the quality of life of patients and caregivers and the effective ways to reduce the fatality rate.However,there are few clinical studies on the treatment of anxiety after stroke.Deanxit is one of the most effective compound preparations for the treatment of anxiety disorders.However,only a small number of studies have investigated the effect of the treatment of anxiety after stroke by the use of DeanxitObjective: This paper aims to meta analysis of curative effect of Deanxit in the treatment of anxiety evaluation after stroke,with the best treatment method of evidence-based medicine for the treatment of anxiety after stroke.Methods: We searched the database(Cochrance Library,PubMed,WANFANG,CNKI,WEIPU etc.),relevant literatures about Deanxit from 1989-2017 years published in the treatment of post-stroke anxiety.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was screened,and the methods and quality evaluation of the articles were selected.The data were analyzed by RevMan5.1 software.Results: after screening,6 randomized controlled trials(RCT)were included in the study,with a total of 600 patients.According to the analysis of Meta data showed that the final treatment can be obtained Deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke anxiety are effective(OR 7.10 95%CI 4.36-11.55,P < 0.05,I2=0). |
