Central Post Stroke Pain(CPSP)is one of the most common in pain after stroke central neuropathy pain,often occurs within 6 months after stroke.It is associated with stroke position,CPSP can occur in the spinal cord,thalamus-cortical sensory pathway on any parts of the stroke,and it more often in younger age and vertebral basilar artery system patients.CPSP pathogenesis is unclear,but it is widely focused on the "central sensitization" and "disinhibition" hypothesis.CPSP clinical manifestations varied,mainly associated with high risk,but mainly characterized by pain and paresthesia.Burning pain,cold extrusion,acupuncture,or torn,but due to the emotional tension,cold,heat,fatigue or body movement and aggravate,reduce after the break.CPSP diagnosis although there are multiple diagnostic criteria,but are lack of specificity,and should be combined with the history,physical examination,and imaging data,and rule out other causes of pain.CPSP treatment more difficult,can use drug,neural regulation of comprehensive treatment and psychological intervention.Include drugs antidepressant drugs,anti-seizure drugs,opioids,and glutamic acid can drugs.Careful nursing for patients with utmost ease pain,improve their life quality plays an important role.
