Objective:.To research the predictive value of estimated glomerular filtration rate for severe coronary lesions in patients with acute coronary syndromeMethods:A total of 858 patients who were checked with CAG in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from September 1st 2017 to August 1st 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.e GFR was calculated by the CKD-EPI Cystatin and Creatinine2012 equation.According to the SYNTAX score, all patients were divided into coronary artery normal group(G0),the mild lesion group(G1),the moderate lesion group(G2)and the severe lesion group(G3).The difference and correlation between clinical indicators were compared among the coronary artery disease groups.Results:.There were significant differences in e GFR levels between groups(P<0.05).Multiple factors orderly logistic regression analysis suggested that e GFR was an independent risk factor for the severity and complexity of coronary artery disease(P=0.000,95%CI:-0.036~-0.016).Spearman correlation test showed that e GFR was positively associated with SYNTAX score(r=-2.78,P=0.000).The results of ROC curve analysis suggested that the optimal cut-off point for e GFR to predict severe coronary artery disease was 73.90 m L/min/1.73m2,with a sensitivity of 0.66 and a specificity of0.65.Conclusion: e GFR is negatively correlated with severity of coronary artery disease.e GFR is an independent risk factor for the severity of coronary arteries. When the e GFR is lower than 75.25ml/min/1.73m2,the severity of coronary lesions can be predicted to be severe.
