Objective To evaluate the difference between 2D-DSA and 3D-DSA in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms(2D-DSA)and three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA)DSA two methods on the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms,to provide guidance for clinical work.Methods A retrospective analysis of 242 patients with aneurysm interventional embolization,the use of Siemens brain angiography system,the femoral artery angiography,contrast agent using iodoprofen.2D-DSA conventional bilateral carotid artery and at least one side of the vertebral artery anteroposterior and lateral images,if necessary,add oblique image,contrast agent injection rate of 4ml / s.3D-DSA by rotating C arm 180 degrees,6 frames per second acquisition,512 * 512 matrix.Injection rate: internal carotid artery 5ml / s,total 9ml,vertebral artery 4ml / s,the total 8ml.The collected image data is transferred to the workstation workstation to reconstruct the 3D-DSA image.The reconstruction method uses the volume reproduction display method.The complete 2D-DSA and 3D-DSA images were collected,and the detection rate of aneurysms,the relationship between tumor neck and tumor-bearing blood vessels,vascular occlusion and the occlusion of aneurysm were compared between the two imaging methods.There were no significant differences in the detection rate of aneurysm between the two methods.The results were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software,and the results were analyzed by ?2 test.The results were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software,P <0.05 The difference was statistically significant.Results 2D-DSA and 3D-DSA were used to detect the relationship between the detection rate of aneurysms(86.4% vs 100%),tumor neck and tumor-bearing vessels,and vascular collateral relationship(38.4% vs 90.1%,0 VS(0.4% vs 7.8%),and the effect of 3D-DSA was better than that of 2D-DSA(P <0.05).Conclusion 3D-DSA can be used as the "gold standard" for the diagnosis and treatment of aneurysms,and the preoperative analysis and postoperative evaluation are better than 2D-DSA.
