Background:Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease.Osteoarthritis is one of the primary causes of knee pain.Knee osteoarthritis was considered a senile degenerative disease.But according to recent studies suggest that the knee joint osteoarthritis pathological morphological changes mainly localized on the,on the edge of the progressive destruction of articular cartilage and joint osteophyte formation,and osteophyte actual performance is a kind of repair.After osteotomy change joint load at the same time,the phenomenon of osteoarthritis in repairing,so now does not think knee joint osteoarthritis are degenerative diseases.UKA technique(Unicondylar Knee Arthroplasty,UKA)main purpose is to replace the Knee joint tibial and femoral cartilage damage from the surface.Single condyle displacement is suitable for the single room of osteoarthritis and osteonecrosis,prompt the contra lateral radiological interval can keep and patellar joint intact or only mild degenerative diseases.Objective:This article through to UKA technique(UKA)single room joint osteoarthritis patients treated early clinical observation,further defined UKA clinical curative effect.Methods:Selection from 2012 to 2015,the medial compartment osteoarthritis line UKA patients,30 cases of postoperative 1,3,6,12 months,then once every year outpatient follow-up,review knee X ray film and scoring record curative effects and complications.Preoperative and postoperative clinical and imaging data were retained.Curative effect evaluation method:the clinical and functional KSS score(optimal: 85 ~ 100 points,good: 70 ~ 84 points,can be:60 to 69 points,poor: < 60 points).Look at the time at the end of the preoperative and postoperative follow-up(at the Special Surgery,HSS)HSS score,tibiofemoral Angle(FTA),after tibial platform Angle(STA),the difference between the largest joint mobility.Curative effect evaluation is to apply the surgery doctor.By SPSS23.0 statistical software,the knee KSS clinical and HSS score before and after operation,measurement data using paired test,P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:For the treatment of the patients 30 cases by adopting UKA,17 cases(56.67%),11cases(36.67%),can be in 2 cases(6.66%),and 0 cases.HSS score by preoperative patients with average(61.28 + 4.76)points to the average postoperative(89.28-3.68).Patients with postoperative tibiofemoral Angle(FTA),tibia platform Angle(STA)compared with preoperative reduced remarkably,HSS score and biggest activity degree is better than preoperative joint flexion and extension,obviously improved compared with the preoperative,differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).All limb postoperative wound infection,does not appear lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,complications such as fracture around the prosthesis.Conclusion:By UKA HSS score knee function and postoperative radiographic assessment confirmed that artificial UKA is a safe and effective method for the treatment of single room osseous knee arthritis.
