Two Different Ways In ACDF Surgery Intervertebral Bone Graft Fusion Effect Of Randomized Controlled Studies

Objective Discuss two planting bone(cervical vertebral body bone and allograft bone)in anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF)intervertebral fusion effect,to choose the right anterior cervical intervertebral fusion of bone graft materials provide a reference basis.Methods In January 2014-June 2016 52 cases can line nterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF)of cervical spondylosis patients randomly assigned according to the medical order,according to the difference of bone graft material,divided into autologous bone graft group 26 cases(male 17,female 9)with allogeneic bone graft group of 26 patients(13 cases of male,female 13),among them,the group of autologous bone graft myelopathic type was 16 cases of cervical spondylosis,10 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,the average age of 53.88 years(40-72).Allogeneic bone graft group myelopathic type was 14 cases of cervical spondylosis,12 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,the average age of 53.15 years(37-74).Two groups of patients with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF)treatment.Two groups of patients with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF)treatment.In postoperative follow-up of march,June,September,cervical vertebra is oblique X-ray films taken during December after cervical vertebra CT 3 d reconstruction and cervical spine through a bend a X-ray,comparing the indicators for two groups of patients.Evaluation index including operation time,intraoperative blood loss,preoperative and postoperative JOA scores and cervical intervertebral cervical spine fusion rate,infection rate and rejection.Result Through follow-up results,12 months after surgery in two groups of patients in preoperative and postoperative cervical JOA score showed spinal cord function significantly improved(P<0.001).Autologous bone graft group I level fusion rate was 34/36(94.44%),allograft group I level fusion rate was 35/38(92.11%),compared the two groups have no obvious difference(P>0.05).Two groups of patients with cervical spine X-ray showed internal fixation is firm,maintain good intervertebral height,no obvious Cage subsidence and shift,no false joint formation,found no incision infections(including superficial and deep infection),no bone graft rejection.Conclusion Take cervical vertebral bodies with allogeneic bone autograft bone intervertebral bonegraft in anterior cervical intervertebral disc excision and interbody fusion(ACDF)no difference between the effect of intervertebral fusion,autologous bone graft group I level fusion rate was 34/36(94.44%),allograft group I level fusion rate was 35/38(92.11%),while in cervical intervertebral fusion rate of autologous bone group higher than allograft group,but there was no statistically significant difference between contrast(P > 0.05),to show that the two planting bone cervical intervertebral fusion rate has no obvious difference.Compared with allogeneic bone graft group,autologous bone graft group can reduce the operation cost,reduce the burden of patients.So take cervical vertebral body bone of intervertebral bone graft is also a good choice.
