Background:Lumbar degenerative disease refers to a series of degenerative diseases of the lumbar intervertebral disc and articular facet cartilage and surrounding ligaments.Lumbar fusion is widely used in the treatment of degenerative diseases and has become an important method in the treatment of spinal surgery. The intervertebral foramen vertebrae fusion between(Transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion,TLIF)is widely used at home and abroad to fusion, the keep back ligament of the composite structure of the spine and at the same time, without injury on the nervous tissue. The clinical methods of intervertebral fusion are different, mainly including autologous sacrum+fusion device, autogenous laminar articular bone+fusion device, allogeneic bone+fusion device have been reported. The influence of these implant bone sources on the curative effect has not been reported. Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of three different bone graftingmethods in the treatment of one level lumbar degenerative diseases by transforaminal interbody fusion(TLIF).Methods:The clinical data of 109 patients with one level lumbar degenerative disease who underwent TLIF surgery at Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region(General Hospital of Southern Theater Command)from January 2012 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into autologous sacrum+fusion device(group A,42 cases),autogenous laminar articular bone+fusion device(group B,38 cases),allogeneic bone+fusion device(group C,29 cases).Follow-up was performed for 3 months,6 months, and 12 months after operation, and the operation-related indexes, postoperative intervertebral fusion rate, pain VAS score, and lumbar spine JOA score were compared among the three groups. Results:There were no significant differences in surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, and hospital stay between the three groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after operation, the rate of intervertebral fusion in group A was higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the fusion rate at 6 and 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Before the operation, there were no significant differences in VAS and JOA scores between the three groups(P>0.05).At 3,6,and 12 months after surgery, the VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those before surgery,3 months after surgery There were statistically significant differences between the 6 and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05).At 3,6,and 12 months after surgery, the JOA scores of the three groups were higher than those before surgery. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Three different bone grafting methods for TLIF surgery for lumbar degenerative disease are effective surgical methods. The short-term results of the three patients are satisfactory. The intervertebral fusion rate of the autogenous iliac bone fusion group is better than that of the autologous laminar articular fusion.Allogeneic bone fusion group. There was no significant difference in fusion rate between the three groups after 6 months.
