Objective Analysis the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effects of antibiotic associated diarrhea in the patients of our hospital neurological intensive care unit,to provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics in neurological intensive care unit patients. Methods To analysis of the clinical data of 260 neurological intensive care unit patients in The Affiliated Hospital of Medical College,Qingdao University from January 2014 to June 2016 by the retrospective statistical analysis method. To observe the effects of antibiotics on the patients with intestinal flora.Antibiotic use time and combination of the influence of intestinal flora imbalance, compare different therapeutic methods for the treatment effect of recovery of gastrointestinal function. Results 1.The rate in patients with intestinal flora imbalance of used of antibiotics was significantly higher than that of unused antibiotic patients(36.5%,11.5% respectively),the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The incidence of intestinal dysbacteriosis was positively correlated with the antibiotic use time and antibiotic types, the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.used the three different method to treat cases of patients with intestinal dysbacteriosis, found that stop using antibiotic and application of probiotics or vancomycin treatment group compared with separate stop using antibiotics group, improve the gastrointestinal function more obvious, and the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusions Neurological intensive care unit patients with a greater incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea, and associated with antibiotic use time, combination of species.Timely diagnosis and stop using antibiotics, oral vancomycin treatment is an important measure.
