The Influnce Of Qushihuazhuo Decoction On Chronic Renal Failure Of Turbid Dampness

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the influnce of qushihuazhuo decoction treating chronic renal failure of turbid dampness.Methods: According to the standard set,randomly selected from 60 patients with chronic renal failure,its randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In the experiment,the control group was only given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group except the given conventional western medicine treatment,the joint qushihuazhuo also change chaotic and subtract oral,observed for 10 weeks.Results:After 10 weeks of research,the patient's clinical symptoms and TCM symptom score,blood Scr,blood Bun,CysC and other indexes are improved,but the change of the treatment group was better than control group.After statistics,the treatment group total effective rate was 86.7%,the control group total effective rate was 83.3%,comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before and after the treatment,respectively,for the safety of the patients with index statistics analysis,it is concluded that this treatment is safe,no bad reaction.Conclusion: For patients with chronic renal failure,qushihuazhuo decoction can make the patient's clinical symptoms improved significantly,the residual kidney function to get effective protection,delay the progress of renal failure,and can also reverse part of kidney function.In summer,it is suggested that the decoction was a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
