A Research Of Data Diming In The Chronic Renal Failure Records Of Contemporary Famous Physicians Of TCM

Objective:The subject tried to sor out,mining and analyse the chronic renal failure's recordes written by some contemporary famous physicians of TCM with using data mining method,and it could have got a summary of the contemporary Chinese physicians's common understanding about the pathogenesis,the differentiation of syndromes and the treament of the chronic renal failure.Then,the conclusion will help us clinicians to better understand deeply and master fully their academic thinking and clinical experience,and help the clinicians lay the Chinese medicine foundation for better guiding clinical work.Methods:By collecting the chronic renal failure treatment records of the three batches of famous physicians of TCM inour country,while accordancing stict inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,I have Filter out 82 cases those meeting the requirements.Next,I input the information according to the specific entries into Medical Database Mining Analysis Platform which developed by Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Professor Ren Tingge,etc.And,I did the data mining about the pathogenesis.Syndrome characteristics,the treatment of chronic renal failure,record the results. Then contiued to make a summary of the date mining's outcome and the case information,calculated a conclusion and found out which contained the correlation,the law and the feature.Lastly,derived conclusions. Results:By doing the overall mining about the 82 medical cases,found out that consensus of 36 famous physicians of TCM for chronic renal failure:1.Incidence:The type of the incidence of disease is 96 entries in 82 medical recordes.Descending order with the frequency:chronic seizures (74,77.08%),the incentives are met drama(16,16.67%),The incentives are met(6,6.25%);2.Disease Location:There are 170 entries in 82 cases,of the outcome, chronic renal failure patients' disease location mainly in:spleen (stomach)(59,34.71%),kidney(47,27.65%),Triple energizer(16, 9.62%),blood(16,9.62%);3.Etiology:Jiubing are virtual(73,43.98%),the decline of old age (23,13.86%),stolen governance(15,9.04%),lack of endowment(5, 3.01%),Waixie(31,18.67%);4.Pathogenesis:the pathogenesis of concomitant syndrome:Yang deficiency(29,15.10%),spleen and kidney deficiency(18,9.38%), Qi and Yin deficiency (13,6.79%),Qi deficiency(11,5.73%),Yin deficiency(7, 3.65%);The accompanying syndromes:the dampness and turbidity(34, 17.71%),dampness and heat(27,14.06%),water retention(14,7.29%), blood stasis(10 times 5.21%)Above the disease-bit,etiology,pathogenesis is basically the same as chronic renal failure mentioned in the《modern Chinese medicine nephrology》(the book is edited by experts in nine Chinese medicine nephropathy Medical Center,to the extent possible to taking the uniform standards of disease diagnosis and clinical evaluation,fully reflected the most authoritative of China's traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of kidney)which Wang Gang,Yi-Ping Chen,Yanqin Zou are the chief editors.Further,36 famous physicians of TCM raised that the disease-location involve blood-system,and about the pathogenesis,they considered the excessive Xie focus on dampness and turbidity,dampness-heat,water retention,blood stasis. 5.Syndrome analysis:In the 82 chronic renal failure cases,the main accompanying syndromes of every Zheng dificiency and evcessive Xie sydrome is dampness-turbidity:The Zheng dificiency sydromes in Zheng dificiency and evcessive Xie's sydrome with blood stasis sydrome are sorted by high and low frequency:Qi Deficiency＞Yang Dificiency＞Qi-Yin Dificiency.6.The commonly used drugs(20 mei)of Chronic renal failure:Poria, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum, Citrus reticulata Blanco,Rhizoma Alismatis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Polyporus Umbellatus,Caulis Bambusae in Taenia,Semen Plantaginis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Folium Perillae, Fructus Aurantii;their nature and flavour most are pungent sweet tasteless bitter,and their channel entry are more in the spleen, lung,kindey and stomach meridian;Also concerted application of the top 10 commonly used drugs and analysed:Conclusion:With the data mining analysis about treatment of chronic renal failure,it have got consenus of a number of doctors that in the incidence,the disease-location,the etiology,the pathogenesis,the syndrome,the prescription of their experience.And the conclusion will be worked for future clinical work,help to promote the level of clinical evaluation of chronic renal failure.
