Objective To sought the bestregimen for the treatment of abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in children by comparing the efficacy and safety of different doses of methylprednisolone combined with different antacid agents. Methods 300 gastrointestinal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura patients were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups(n = 50):group A(given a small dose of methylprednisolone combined with cimetidine),group B(given a middle dose of methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole),group C(given a middle dose methylprednisolone combined with cimetidine),group D(given a middle dose methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole),group E(given a high dose of methylprednisolone combined with cimetidine),group F(given a high dose methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole). The data of efficacy and safety of each group were analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis.Results(1)1 day remission rate: There was significant difference between group F and group A,B,C(P?? ?).But the difference between the remaining groups was not statistically significant(P>? ?).(2)3 day remission rate: There was significant difference between group F and group A,B,C(P?? ?).There was significant difference between group A and group D,E,F(P?? ?).But the difference between the remaining groups was not statistically significant(P>? ?).(3)Symptomatic repetition rate: There was significant difference between group A and group E,F(P?? ?).But the difference between the remaining groups was not statistically significant(P>? ?).(4)The incidence rate of corticosteroids: There was no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05).(5)The average hospital stay: There was no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion(1)High-dose methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole is more effective than low-dose methylprednisolone combined with cimetidine or omeprazole and medium-dose methylprednisolone combined with cimetidine in children with abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura purpura.(2)Symptomatic repetition rate of High-dose methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole or cimetidine in the treatment of children with abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura is lower than low-dose methylprednisolone combined with cimetidine.(3)Small,medium,large methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole or cimetidine in the treatment of children with abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura hormone side effects were low.(4)There was no significant difference in the average hospital stay of children with abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura induced by small, medium, large methylprednisolone combined with omeprazole or cimetidine...
