randomly divided into four groups,24 rats in each group,control group and sevoflurane group,sevoflurane inhalation concentration at which is divided into 30 ppm,100ppm,300 ppm group.Sevoflurane group daily inhaled sevoflurane concentration corresponding to 6 hours of continuous inhalation for 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,the control group inhaled equivalent air,Richard I.Mazze reference method before the start of the application of the formula,molecular weight concentration = molecular weight ×22.4 × absolute temperature / inhalation volume in the experimental box(in which the concentration apoptosis occurred;100ppm sevoflurane group,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks does not appear,apoptosis,12 weeks myocardial cell apoptosis,statistical analysis,there is statistical significance,P = 0.038;300ppm sevoflurane group,2 weeks,4 weeks of rats did not appear obvious apoptosis phenomenon,8 weeks and 12 weeks when the cell apoptosis,between groups,and the comparison group were statistically significant,P < 0.01.2.Comparison,electrocardiogram(ECG)in rats,the concentration of 100 ppm 12 weeks rats abnormal ECG found that different degree,and under the concentration of 300 ppm,abnormal ECG and after eight weeks of rats,and part of the ecg of myocardial ischemia,and in about 30 ppm concentration exposure environment,has not abnormal ECG in rats.3.The immunohistochemical detection of myocardial cell IL-18,NO expression in the two groups have significant differences,the early 30 ppm concentrations,molecular biological detection of myocardial tissue in rat,IL-18 is slightly lower than normal control group,and NO concentration slightly higher than the normal group,was statistically significant,P < 0.01,there is NO special change after 4 weeks,100 parts per million in the group,12 weeks experiment,IL-18 significantly higher than the other three time points and comparison between groups was statistically significant,NO obvious lower than the other three periods,comparison between groups have statistical significance;In 300 ppm group,IL-18 positive cells expression rate significantly better than 8 weeks,12 weeks,4 weeks,2 weeks two time points,and comparison in the group have statistical significance between groups,P < 0.05,and NO expression in 8 weeks and 12 weeks,express declined obviously,within the group and the comparison between groups were statistically significant,P < 0.05;Controls the air inhaled group IL-18 NO difference,NO expression.4.In myocardial tissue for RT-PCR and Western Blot test results and the varying degree change,the basic trend is consistent with immunohistochemistry and HE staining results.Conclusion: The long-term inhalation of low concentrations of sevoflurane in rats of myocardial cell apoptosis phenomenon,with the increase of the concentration of inhalation,the extension of time,performance is more obvious;the long-term inhalation of low concentrations of sevoflurane in rat myocardial tissue IL-18,NO expression was significantly different,apoptosis in myocardium of rats by one of the important.
