| Objective To CMS patients and healthy control subjects in plasma EMP,GMP-140 levels were measured,to discuss the roles of them in CMS.For CMS clinical detection,prevention,provide new ideas and methods.Method We enrolled 30 patients with chronic mountain sickness(CMS)as the observation group,and 30 healthy individuals from healthy physical check-up as the control group.All the participants in both groups were in Han nationality.The morning fasting venous blood was obtained through peripheral access.After centrifugation of the blood,plasma was collectd and cryopreserved in the-80℃ EP tube.The ELISA method was adopted to measure the level of plasma EMP and GMP-140.Fully automatic blood cell analyzer and blood coagulation analyzer were used to test the related indicators,and the results were analyzed and compared between both groups.Results(1)The level of RBC(6.65±0.73)× 1012 /L、 HB(220.56±10.08)g/L and HCT(65.43±2.53)% in CMS group were higher than those in control group[(4.86±0.45)× 1012 /L、(146.86±13.40)g/L and(45.15±7.64)%](P<0.05).(2)The level of EMP(18.94±10.49)ng/L in plasma of CMS group was higher than that in control group(13.55±4.91)ng/L(P< 0.05).(3)The level of GMP-140(7.51±6.79)ng/L in plasma of CMS group was higher than that in control group(2.35±1.67)ng/L(P< 0.05).(4)The level of PLT(112.83±35.49)× 109 /L in CMS group was lower than that in control group(183.43±42.16)× 109 /L(P< 0.05).(5)The time of PT[(17.25±6.41)s、APTT(40.72±10.42)s and TT(20.34±2.40)s in CMS group were longer than those in control group [(10.88±1.01)s 、(29.84± 5.63)s and(18.99s± 1.43)]s(P <0.05).(6)The level of FDP(2.40±1.38)mg/L and DD(2.45±2.58)mg/L in CMS group were higher than that in control group(0.53±0.18)mg/L and(0.55±0.19)mg/L(P<0.05).(7)The level of AT-Ⅲ(75.17±12.86)% in CMS group was lower than that in control group(18.99±1.43)%(P< 0.05).(8)The level of FIB in CMS group was no statistically significant with the control group(P>0.05).(9)the plasma GMP-140 level was positively correlated with EMP,in CMS patients(r=0.439,P=0.015),and the PLT number have negative correlation(r=- 0.374,P=0.042).Conclusion(1)The levels of EMP and GMP-140 in plasma of CMS group were higher than that in healthy control,which demonstrated that EMP and GMP-140 have play an important role in prethrombosis staten of CMS.(2)Plasma GMP-140 level in patients with CMS is positively correlated with EMP level and it is negatively correlated with the levels of PLT.(3)Patients with CMS were statistically different from the healthy control group in coagulant,anticoagulant and fibrinolytic system. |
