Significance Of Color Doppler Ultrasound In The Evaluation And Detection Of Arteriovenous Fistula Function In Hemodialysis Patients With End-Stage Renal Disease

Objective:Through color doppler ultrasound to detect maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients' blood flow of arteriovenous fistula(AVF),whethe the complications and brachical artry arterial elasticity to evaluate AVF complications and vasculae elasticity.Methods:60 patients were divided into three groups according to the dialysis time(dialysis time 3-12 months for the A group,dialysis time 13-24 months for the B group,dialysis time 25-60 months for the C group).The diameter of AVF side fistula,mean blood flow velocity and the complication were observed in 60 patients by color doppler ultrasonography.And the AVF side and NAVF side brachial artery systolic diameter and diastolic diameter values after the calculation of DC,SD,CC.Results:1? Among the 60 patients tested,3 cases(5.00%)had fistula stenosis,2 cases(3.33%)had pseudoaneurysms,and 1 case(1.67%)had fistula thrombosis.2? The diameter of systolic and diastolic of brachial artery in AVF side of group A was wider than that of NAVF(P <0.05).The diameter of systolic and diastolic of brachial artery in AVF side of group B was wider than that of NAVF (P <0.05).The diameter of systolic and diastolic of brachial artery in AVF side of group C was wider than that of NAVF(P <0.001).3? The level of DC and CC in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.001)),SD was lower than that of group B(P <0.001);The level of DC and CC in group B was higher than that in group C(P <0.001)),SD was lower than that of group C(P <0.001).4? There was no significant difference between AVF side and NAVF group in group A(P> 0.05),SD was higher than NAVF side(P <0.05),CC was lower than NAVF side(P <0.001);The AVF side DC of group B was lower than that of NAVF(P <0.001),SD was higher than NAVF side(P <0.001),CC was lower than NAVF side(P <0.05);The AVF side DC of group C was lower than that of NAVF(P <0.001),SD was higher than NAVF side(P <0.001),CC was lower than NAVF side(P <0.05).Conclusion:1? The detection rate of AVF complications was 10% in the selected patients.2? MHD patients with AVF side brachial artery diameter wider than NAVF side.3? MHD patients with AVF brachial artery early widening,The elasticity of brachial artery decline as the time goes on.4? At the same time,AVF side of the MHD patients with vascular elasticity decreased than the NAVF side.
