Effective Analysis Of The Ethibond 5~# Stitche Shoulder Cuff Combined With The Locking Plate In The Treatment For Four-part Fractures Of The Proximal Humerus

Objectives:To comparative analysis the clinical effectiveness of the locking plate to cure part-four fractures proximal theof withcombined humerus injury of rotator cuff,with the the Ethibond 5# stitche shoulder cuff or not.Methods:Based on the previous data,the data of the patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital from 2014 to November 2016 were analyzed.The data were collected for 65 cases,which was a complete fracture of the proximal humerus with injury of rotator cuff,33 cases be cured by the Ethibond 5# and the locking plate(group A),32 cases be cured by only the locking plate(group B).Then the 2 groups of patients with different treatment methods were observed.Results:There is different curative effect that group A and group B for two kinds of methods treating part-four fractures proximal theof withcombined humerus injury of rotator cuff in shoulder joint activity and function.Conclusion: By compared of treatment group A and treatment group B by two different treatments for patients with part-four fractures proximal theof humerus withcombined injury of rotator cuff about clinical efficacy and follow-up and analysis.We think that A group of patients with shoulder function and efficacy is better than the B group.
