| Objective:To investigate the time and therapeutic effect of surgery cure for rotator cuff injury combined with proximal humeral fracturesMethods:Retrospective chose from our hospital due to trauma caused by a total of421patients with proximal humeral fractures during August2007to May2013. Which combined have rotator cuff injury is144people in total. According to their timing of surgery surgical, to set2team for research. Set1is concurrent operation set,68patients, and set2is staging operation set,76patients, according to the experiment requirement precludes failed to complete follow-up and other reasons not to meet the test requirements of the case, be standardized cases in80cases, stage I operation group and operation group with40cases in each II period. The follow-up time was11-26months, mean16months. According to our hospital for rotator cuff injury routine postoperative function exercises were parallel system. Measuring and recording the ipsilateral shoulder joint at different follow-up time (before operation,1months,6months after operation) UCLA function scores, and chose the6months after surgery as a point of comparison, to compare the superior rate then do the statistical analysis. Results:Concurrent operation set after operation6months has a shoulder score superior rate of92.5%, which composed to staging operation set for87.5%. In contrast with SPSS19.0, there was no significant difference.Conclusion:1. Concurrent operation and staging operation of the surgical treatment of rotator cuff injury combined with proximal humeral fractures can both effectively recover shoulder function and improve patients’quality of life.2. There was no significant difference between concurrent operation and staging operation’s therapeutic effect.3. The long-term efficacy needs further research. |
