The Measurement Of Serum Estrogen,Progestogen And Cortisol For Tibetan And Hui Female Patients With Gallstone In Qinghai Area

Objective: To measure serum estrogen,progestogen and cortisol for Tibetan and Hui female patients with gallstone in Qinghai area,observe the relationship between the occurrence of Tibetan and Hui female patients with gallstone and estrogen/progestogen/cortisol,and provide a new clinical idea for preventing from gallstone for Tibetan and Hui females in the area.Methods: 15 Tibetan female patients and 15 Hui female patients who were diagnosed as gallstone were collected and used as the experimental group.Meanwhile,15 healthy Tibetan female examinees and 15 healthy Hui female examinees in the period were collected and used as the control group.Full-automatic chemiluminescence immunity analyzer and chemiluminescent detection were applied to detect hormone level of respondents,including serum estrogen(E2),serum progestogen(P),and serum cortisol(COR).Results: 1.E2 level in the Tibetan experimental group was higher than the control group,P level was higher than the control group,and the difference had the statistical significance,COR level in the Tibetan experimental group had no obvious difference by comparing with the control group.2.E2 level in the Hui experimental group was higher than the control group,P level was higher than the control group,and the difference had the statistical significance,COR level in the Hui experimental group had no obvious difference by comparing with the control group.3.There was no obvious difference for E2,P and COR between the Tibetan experimental group and the Hui experimental group or between the Tibetan control group and the Hui control group.Conclusion: 1.Serum E2 and P for Tibetan and Hui female patients with gallstone in Qinghai Area are increased,but their COR has no obvious significance.2.E2,P and COR between Tibetan people and Hui people in Qinghai Area have no obvious difference.
