Objective: To measure the late pregnancy fetal umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery and renal artery resistance index by using Color Doppler Ultrasound instrument,and discussing whether aboving three arteries' each resistance index of late pregnancy fetal in Xining can diagnose early fetal hypoxia.Methods: To select native single pregnant woman from March 2015 to December 2016 including the age from twenty-three to forty,the gestational weeks from twenty-eight to forty-one,and dilivering in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital.A total of 178 pregnant women meet aboving conditions.The hypoxia group that clinical diagnosis is fetal hypoxia in total of eighty cases,include the gestational weeks from twenty-eight to thirty-six of thirty-three pregnant women,and the gestational weeks from thirty-six to forty-one of fifty-six pregnant women;The number of normal group is ninety-eight,including the gestational weeks from twenty-eight to thirty-six of forty-two pregnant women,and the gestational weeks from thirty-six to forty-one of fifty-six pregnant women.Then the peak systolic to end diastolic ratio,pulse index and resistance index of umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery and renal artery were measured by the Color Doppler Ultrasound instrument,and compare aboving values of fetal intrauterine hypoxia to normal fetus,to determine whether the difference between fetal intrauterine hypoxia and normal fetus was statistically significant in Xining.Results: 1 In XiNing,the value of the peak systolic to end diastolic ratio,pulse index and resistance index of umbilical artery of the hypoxia group is higher than the normal group in different gestational age,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 In XiNing,the value of the peak systolic to end diastolic ratio,pulse index and resistance index of middle cerebral artery of the hypoxia group is inferior to the normal group in different gestational age,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 In XiNing,the value of the peak systolic to end diastolic ratio,pulse index and resistance index of renal artery of the observation group is higher than the normal group in different gestational age,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: In XiNing,monitoring the value of the peak systolic to end diastolic ratio,pulse index and resistance index of umbilical artery,middle cerebral artery and renal artery by the Color Doppler Ultrasound instrument,can early diagnose fetal intrauterine hypoxia,and guide the clinical treatment to reduce complications and sequela caused by fetal hypoxia.
