The intrauterine hypoxia in the late trimester of pregnancy has a large impact of for the fetus.Prolonged hypoxia can cause fetal distress, nervous system damage and even fetal death. The aim of this study was to monitor fetal intrauterine hypoxia by monitoring the ratio of the fetal middle cerebral artery(MCA)to the umbilical artery(UA)resistance index and the right ventricular Tei index.Detecting of intrauterine hypoxia and preventing fetal damage caused by prolonged hypoxia timely.147 pregnant women with gestational age of 22?34 years old and 37?41+6 weeks were chosen in this research.Intrauterine hypoxia divided into experimental group and control group according to the clinical diagnosis.A total of 61 cases which were intrauterine hypoxic fetus divided as the experimental group;a total of 86 normal cases used as control group.A series of measurements of fetal parameters were performed:(1)resistance index of MCA,including resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI),systolic peak flow rate/end diastolic flow rate(S/D),Calculate the ratio of resistance index of MCA and UA;(2)UA RI,PI,S/D;(3)right ventricular Tei index:measure ventricle isovolumetric contraction time(ICT),ventricle iso volumetric relaxation time(IRT)and ejection time(ET),right ventricle Tei inddex=(ICT+IRT)/ET Diagnosing intrauterine hypoxia combined with the hemodynamic parameter ratio and fetal cardiac function.SPSS 25.0 software was used for the data analysis.Measurement data were shown as mean ± standard deviation(x±s).The correlation between the two groups of variables was analyzed by Pearson analysis. The t test was used to compare the two groups of measurement data.P<0.05 indicates statistically significant between the groups. The ROC curve is used to analyze and compare the diagnostic value of each index and calculated the Youden index. The largest area under the ROC curve(AUC)indicating the clinical diagnostic value is considered as the best. The maximum Youden index indicating the the best thresholdRecording and statistically analyzing the data and the relevant results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in gestational age and maternal age between the two groups(JP>0.05).2.No significant correlation between fetal right ventricular Tei index and fetal heart rate in the control group.(P>0.05);3.The success rate of PI,RI and S/D of fetal MCA was 93.12%,the success rate of PI,RI and S/D of UA was 93.75%,and the success rate of right ventricular Tei index was 91.87%.4.The PI,RI and S/D of MCA in the experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).5.The PI,RI and S/D of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).6.The ratios of PI,RI and S/D of MCA and UA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).7.The right ventricular Tei index of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);8.The ratio of resistance index of MCA to UA combined with the right ventricular Tei index has the largest area under the ROC curve(AUG),and has the highest sensitivity. In conclusion, the ultrasonic medical examination is simply operating and reproducible, and the measuring of Tei index of MCA,UA and right ventricle has a high success rate.ROC curve analysis showed that the ratios of PI,RI and S/D of MCA and UA unite with right ventricular Tei index has a higher diagnostic value than single index in intrauterine hypoxia.
