| Objective: This study was to explore the differences in content and significance,TNF-a and arterial blood gas index,pulmonary function with the doxofyline joint atomization inhalation therapy and atomization inhalation therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.To hope that through this analysis result can provide reliable medical evidence for clinical rational drug using.Methods:According to the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,selection in our selected patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cases,a total of 60 cases,C,D group were randomly divided into observation group and control group,observation group was given doxofylline joint atomization inhalation of salbutamol sulfate solution(torin)and budesonide suspension liquid,(Mick shu),the control group given atomization inhalation of salbutamol sulfate solution,budesonide suspension liquid,the treatment period of two groups was 10 days.Before and after treatment the two groups were get the concentration of serum TNF alphaby ELISA method,and the lung function is used to conduct FEVl,FVC,PEF,MMEF determination,determination of arterial blood gas analyzer,PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2;Analysising the test data.Results: 1.Two groups of patients after treatment serum levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-a compared with before treatment decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);After the two kinds of treatments,compared with control group,the treatment group reduced levels of inflammatory factors is more apparent,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The two groups of patients with lung function index(FEV1%pred、FVC%pred、PEF%pred、MMEF%pred)compared with before treatment were improved after treatment(P < 0.05);The treatment group compared with control group after treatment to improve lung function is more apparent,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The two groups of patients with blood gas analysis index(PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2)compared with before treatment were improved after treatment(P < 0.05);The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment to improve lung function is more apparent,this difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The two groups of patients before and after treatment serum TNF-a positively correlated with PCO2,FEV1%pred、FVC%pred、PEF%pred、MMEF%pred,PO2,SaO2 negatively correlated(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Along with the control of infammation of COPD patients,serum TNF inflammatory markers-a reduces.2.The doxofylline joint atomization inhalation treatment can obviously reduce inflammatory factor levels of TNF-a,improve lung function and respiratory failure to correct them.3.In patients with serum TNF-a rise of inflammation factors involved in COPD TNF-a process of airway inflammation and is associated with impaired lung function. |
