Objective: Study of the glycolysis related enzyme aldolase,6-glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase,6-expression of phosphofructokinase-1of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue,and the interaction and relationship between the three protien and clinical pathology,further explore the potential relationship between glycolysis pathway and pentose phosphate pathway in the metabolism and other aspects in tumor,and the role of the three kinds of protein in the process of development,metastasis and proliferation of larynx squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Selected 40 cases hospitalized patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma for surgical treatment of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in the second hospital of Hebei Medical University in June 2015-December 2016 year,confirmed by pathology,determine the larynx cancer specimens of the 40 patients of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were squamous cell carcinoma,in addition,we selected 40 cases of patients with normal tissues besides the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues(the distance from tumor edge >0.5cm,pathologically confirmed no tumor cell invasion)as control,laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma group and the control group were not received chemotherapy and other related treatment before surgery.This experiment adopt immunohistochemical staining method to detect the expression of ALDOA protein,PFK1 protein and G6 PD protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues.The data analysis by SPSS13.0 software,with the analysis positive expression rate of the three kinds of protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and analyze the differences in expression between the three protein,and detected the relationship of the three kinds of protein with clinical pathological parameters in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma respectively bySpearman rank correlation analysis method,the relationship between ALDOA protein,G6 PD protein and PFK1 protein respectively,with P<0.05 for a statistical difference.Results:1 The positive rate of ALDOA,G6 PD,PFK1 in laryngeal cancer and adjacent normal tissues were 65.0% and 15.0%,55.0% and 20.0%,52.5% and30.0%,the difference between the two groups,statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of ALDOA,G6 PD,PFK1 protein in laryngeal carcinoma group with clinical stage I~II and III~IV were 44.4% and81.8%,33.3% and 72.7%,33.3% and 68.2%,the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of ALDOA,G6 PD,PFK1protein expression in the pathology of high differentiation group and middle low differentiation group of laryngeal cancer patients were 47.6% and 84.2%,33.3% and 78.9%,28.6% and 78.9%,the difference between the two groups comparison was statistically significant;ALDOA,G6 PD,PFK1 protein respectively with and without the positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis in patients with laryngeal cancer were 78.6% and 33.3%,67.9%and 25.0%,64.3% And 25.0%,there was significant difference compared between the two groups(P<0.05);the positive rate of ALDOA,G6 PD,PFK1protein in laryngeal carcinoma were 60 years of age or older age group and<60 group were 65.2% and 65.7%,47.8% and 64.7%,47.8% and 58.8%,the difference between the two groups were not significant statistical significance(P>0.05);ALDOA,G6 PD,PFK1 protein in smoking more than 20 cigarettes /day and <20 / day group,the positive expression rate of laryngeal carcinoma patients were 61.5% and 66.7%,38.5% and 63%,38.5% and 59.3%,the two groups showed no statistically significant results(P>0.05).2 The spearman's Rank Correlation Analysis showed that the positive expression of ALDOA and G6 PD in laryngeal carcinoma had significant correlation(r=0.601,P<0.05);the positive expression of ALDOA and PFK1 in laryngeal carcinoma had significant correlation(r=0.457,P<0.05);But it had no significant correlation between G6 PD and PFK1 expression(r=0.750,P<0.05).Conclusions:1 The expression of ALDOA protein,G6 PD protein and PFK1 proteinin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues,and the degree of expression of these three proteins were related to lymph node metastasis,pathological differentiation degree,the expression of the other three proteins were also related to laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma clinical stage,but the expression of the degree of these three proteins have no associated with patient age and smoking.Thus the three proteins plays an important role in the development,he proliferation and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.2 the level of G6 PD protein and PFK1 protein were related with ALDOA protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,ALDOA may be an important factor in the relationship between glycolysis and the pentose phosphate pathway of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,these three proteins may promote each other in the tumor cells,closely related to cell proliferation and transfer process.
