Objective:Cerebral infarction,also known as ischemic stroke,refers to the brain blood circulation obstacle,ischemia,hypoxia cause the limited brain tissue ischemic necrosis or softening.Cerebral infarction is the most common type of cerebrovascular disease,accounting for about 70% of all cerebrovascular disease,"Lancet" magazine published "Global Disease Burden" shows that in2010 and 2013,stroke in China is still the first cause of death.At the same time,South Korea's NEW-TOAST classification and the Chinese ischemic stroke subtype(CISS type)suggest that the highest proportion is atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,therefore,research the APC,APS,AT-?and other biomarkers and the impact on the formation of atherosclerosis is valuable for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:Continuous collection of October 2015 to March 2016 onset admitted to the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College patients,the diagnosis of cranial spiral CT in line with the Chinese Medical Association neurological branch of cerebrovascular disease group standard502 cases of cerebral infarction patients,Including 304 male patients,198 female patients,aged 45-80 years,mean(60.75±9.435)years.Ultrasonography was performed by a professional ultrasound physician and the carotid ultrasound(frequency of 13-6 MHz)was performed by M-Turbo.The patients were examined for bilateral common carotid artery(CCA),Internal carotid artery(ICA),external carotid artery(ECA),vertebral artery(VA)and subclavian artery(SA).502 patients were divided into normal group(c IMT <1.0mm),carotid artery intimal thickening group(1.0?c IMT <1.5mm)and carotid plaque formation group according to the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis.All patients were collected within 24 hours after admission of fasting venous blood in the morning.(Hcy),activated protein S(actived protein S),antithrombin ?(AT-?),homocysteine(Hcy),Hs-CRThe levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),total bilirubin(DBIL),total cholesterol(TCH),total cholesterol(TC),total cholesterol(TC),total cholesterol(TC),hs-CRP,Triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and so on.SPSS19.0 statistical software processing,measurement data using the ?x ± s,If the data by the normal test in accordance with the normal distribution,and to meet the homogeneity of variance requirements,sample mean comparison using independent samples T test,One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the data.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of carotid atherosclerosis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:Patients with general data were compared,there were no significant difference between the three groups of patients with gender composition,triglyceride,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein.blood glucose levels,carotid plaque group> c IMT thickening group> c IMT normal group,(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the c IMT group and the c IMT group(P> 0.05).The difference between the two groups have statistically significant(P <0.05).The levels of AT-?,in the three groups,c IMT normal group were higher than those in the carotid artery intima thickening group and the carotid artery plaque formation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).APC and APS levels have significantly different between c IMT normal group and c IMT thickening group and carotid artery plaque group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between c IMT normal group and c IMT thickening group(P> 0.05).Cyst-C level comparison,carotid artery plaque formation group(0.946±0.223 mmol/L)higher than that of carotid intimal thickeninggroup(0.866±0.142mmol/L)and also higher than the normal carotid intima group(0.855±0.191mmol/L),the statistically difference is significant(P<0.05),however there was no significant statistically difference between carotid artery intimal thickening and carotid normal group(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that high hs-CRP levels and Cyst-C level as a risk factor for carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation,and the high level of APC,APS,the AT-? is its protective factors.Conclusion:APC,APS,AT-?,Hcy,Cyst-C,hs-CRP are closely related to carotid atherosclerosis,high APC,APS,AT-? are protective factors of carotid atherosclerosis,high Hcy,Cyst-C,hs-CRP is a risk factor for carotid atherosclerosis.Plasma Hcy,Cyst-C,hs-CRP levels can reflect the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.
