Clinical Study Of Tongnaowan In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis And Phlegm Type Of Lacunar Infarction

Objective:Through the observation the effect of of TongNaoWan on patients with clinical phlegm and blood stasis type of Lacunar infarction in TCM symptom scores,nerve function deficit scores,blood lipids,coagulation four and Hcy,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TongNaoWan objectively,to explore the mechanism of TongNaoWan preliminary,so as to provide an effective ideas and methods of clinical treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction.Method: Cases were collected from TCM Hospital of Gansu Province Department of Geriatrics outpatient and inpatient patients from January 2016 to December 2016.60 patients was selected were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.On the basic treatment,treatment group were treated with TongNaoWan,control group were treated with NaoXinTong capsule,4 weeks for a course of treatment.After the treatment,observe the changes in patients of the clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM symptom scores,nerve function deficit scores,blood lipids,coagulation four and Hcy of two groups,and statistically analyze the clinical results in the end.Result:1.Comparison of clinical curative effect between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,the total effective rate of the control group was 79.31%,and the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group by Rank sum test(P<0.05);2.Comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.76%,and the TCM symptoms curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group by Rank sum test(P<0.05);3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores and nerve function deficit scores of two groups:Compared with those before treatment,the scores of two groups were all decreased after the treatment(P<0.05);But the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of lipids of two groups: Compared with those before treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C of two groups were all decreased(P<0.05),HDL-C of two groups were all increased(P<0.05);But there was no significant difference in effects of two groups after the treatment(P>0.05);5.Comparison of coagulation four of two groups:Compared with those before treatment,PT,APTT and TT of two groups were all prolonged(P<0.05),FIB of two groups were all decreased(P<0.05);But there was no significant difference in effects of two groups after the treatment(P>0.05);6.Comparison of Hcy of two groups:Compared with those before treatment,homocysteine of two groups were all decreased(P<0.05);But the decrease of Hcy in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P>0.05);7.There was no abnormal changes in the blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,ECG;And there was no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Conclusion:TongNaoWan can effectively improve TCM clinical symptoms,decrease nerve function defect ecores and Hcy on the patients of phlegm and blood stasis type of Lacunar infarction,and has the effect of adjusting blood lipid and anticoagulation.The safety of TongNaoWan is good,without obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
