| Objective:This research was designed to summarize the pathogenesis and basic treatment throgh analysis the TCM syndrome types and drugs laws in literatures about PCOS during the past 10 years based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Meanwhile,I collected the basic statistical information,TCM syndrome and drugs with PCOS patients in Gansu provincial Hospital of TCM,and tapped the new prescription,it can provide reference for the clinical treatment and new drugs of PCOS.Methods:1.PCOS literatures were Colleced which meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in CNKI From 2007 to 2016.All data was be entered into the TCMISS,and then analyzed the data using built-in statistical method of this system.The common TCM syndromes,high frequency drugs,four properties,five tastes and channel tropism,drug combination and the frequency drugs of each syndrome in PCOS were obtained.2.the 200 cases with PCOS were Collected which were diagnosed clearly in gynaecology of Gansu provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2015 to December 2016.the basic information of the patients,diagnosis and prescription of TCM input clinical database of this platform,then analysed high frequency drugs,four properties,five tastes,channel tropism,drug combination and new TCM prescriptions based on frequency statistic,association rule and complex system entropy cluster.Results:1.There were 159 references in the literature,included 18 syndromes,such as deficiency of kidney and blood stasi,phlegmatic hygrosis,kidney deficiency and stagnation of phlegm stasis,kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,etc.Included 150 drugs,the use of high frequency included angelica,dodder,poria cocos,rhizoma cyperi,prepared rehmannia root,salviae miltiorrhizae,epimedium,tangerine peel,pinellia,licorice,rhizoma chuanxiong and so on,with tonify deficiency drugs,blood circulation,regulation qi drugs.The herbs law is warm,flat and cold.The sweet,bitter,acrid medicine tastes are most commonly used.The drugs mainly owns by the liver,spleen,kidney,etc.The common drugs combinations were 14,core drugs combinations were 5.The high frequency drugs of the TCM syndrome were as follows:kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome included dodder,angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza,prepared rehmannia root,rhizoma chuanxiong etc.Phlegmatic hygrosis included tangerine peel,pinellia,poria cocos,rhizoma cyperi,rhizoma atractylodis,etc.Kidney deficiency and stagnation of phlegmstasis included angelica,dodder,rhizoma cyperi,pinellia,salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness included poria cocos,dodder,angelica,pinellia ternate,rhizoma atractylodis,etc.Kidney deficiency and liver stagnation included dodder,radix bupleuri,angelica,prepared rehmannia root,etc.Deficiency of kidney-Yang included herba epimedii,angelica,dodder,prepared rehmannia root,licorice,etc.Asdthenic splenonephro-yang i n c l u d e d h e r b a e p i m e d i i,a n g e l i c a,d o d d e r,b i g h e a d a t r a c t y l o d e s rhizome,Liquorice,etc.Stagnated heat of liver channel included peony radices cortex,angelica,radix bupleuri,gardenia,poria cocos,etc.Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-turbid stagnation included Codonopsis pilosula,rhizoma cyperi,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,tangerine peel,rhizoma atractylodis,etc.Deficiency of kidney-YIN included angelica,dodder,fructus corni,gardenia,rhizoma dioscoreae,radices paeoniae alba,fructus ligustri lucidi,etc.2.The TCM syndrome in patients with PCOS syndrome from Gansu provincial Hospital of TCM mainly focused on 9 types,included kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,deficiency of kidney-Yang,etc.The use of high frequency medicine in the prescription of angelica,dodder,poria cocos,herba epimedii,licorice,radices paeoniae alba,bighead atractylodes rhizome,salvia miltiorrhizaprepared rehmannia root,rhizoma cyperi,etc.With tonify deficiency drugs,blood circulation,regulation qi drugs.The herbs law is warm,flat and cold.The sweet,bitter,acrid medicine tastes are most commonly used.The drugs mainly owns by root,rhizoma sparganii,eucommia;caulis spatholobi,leech,cortex moutan,gardeniae,dried rehamnnia root,scutellaria baicalensis,rhubarb;radix rehmanniae,radix scutellariae,rhubarb,alisma,plantago,prunella v u l g a r i s;a t r a c t y l o d e s,b i l e a r i s a e m a,p i n e l l i a,c a l a m u s,t a n g e r i n e peel,liquorice,poria,radix,bupleuri;fructus schisandrae,radix aucklandiae,rhizoma coptidis,cuttlebone hawthorn;dodder,epimedium,ligustrum lucidum,angelica,radix paeoniae Alba,rehmannia root,peach kernel,safflower,salvia,achyranthes root,motherwort,rhizoma alismatis,psyllium seed,selfheal;rhizoma atractylodis,bile arisaema,pinellia ternata,rhizoma acori graminei,tangerine peel,licorice,radix bupleuri,poria cocos;Schisandra chinensis,radices saussureae,sepium,goldthread,hawthorn;dodder,herba epimedii,fructus ligustri lucidi,angelica,radices paeoniae alba,prepared rehmannia root,peach kernel,carthamus tinctorious,salvia miltiorrhiza,radix achyranthis bidentatae,motherwort.Conclusions:1.The PCOS is mainly related to the liver,spleen,kidney dysfunction,kidney deficiency isthe main cause,liver depression is the main cause,spleen deficiency also plays an important role,blood stasis and phlegm dampness are both pathological products and new pathogenic factors.According to the common TCM Syndromes of the therapy of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation,including spleen dampness and phlegm,tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm,phlegm,tonifying kidney and regulating liver qi,warming kidney and strengthening spleen and soothing method of eliminating heat and purging fire,nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney.2.Clinically,the TCM Syndromes of PCOS patients include kidney deficiency and phleg m dam pnes s,kidney deficiency and li ver st agnati on,deficiency of kidney-Yang,etc.Kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis,deficiency of kidney-Yang is the root cause.The use of high frequency medicine in the prescription of angelica,dodder,poria cocos,herba epimedii,licorice,radices paeoniae alba,bighead atractylodes rhizome,salvia miltiorrhizaprepared rehmannia root,rhizoma cyperi,etc.With tonify deficiency drugs,blood circulation,regulation qi drugs.The herbs law is warm,flat and cold.The sweet,bitter,acrid medicine tastes are most commonly used.The drugs mainly owns by the liver,kidney,spleen.The combinations of commonly used drugs and core drugs are arranged in different combinations of these drugs,which correspond with the type of syndromes.The new method of clustering can not only guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of PCOS,but also lay a foundation for the research and de v e l o p m e n t of ne w dr u g s by cl i n i c a l ve r i f i c a t i o n an d im p r o v e m e n t.3.It is significance to analyze the TCM syndromes and drugs laws by TCMISS.It is great significance to summarize,inherit and develop the Chinese medicine,and it is worthiness to extend more. |
