| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang gel in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris,and the influence on the antibacterial activity of Propionibacterium acnes,explore its mechanism,to provide theoretical basis for clinical use.Methods:Clinical study: Mild and moderate acne vulgaris patients with a total of 108 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were treated with Sanhuang gel,in the topical treatment once daily four weeks,the control group was treated with Fusidic Acid Cream,in the topical treatment twice daily four weeks.Integral change every 2 weeks records of patients with skin lesions and number of lesions,skin color,skin swelling properties and primary symptom efficacy before and after treatment.After 4weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was calculated according to the integral ratio.experimental study:Sanhuang gel was distilled water diluted three drug concentration(3.6mg/ml,1.8mg/ml,0.9mg/ml).Using paper method,divided into three groups,a group in the flat,separately in 3 soaked in different concentration gradient(3.6mg/ml,1.8mg/ml,0.9mg/ml)of Sanhuang gel filter paper,a flat plate in group B,into the soaked filter paper,metronidazole solution C tablet,dip into the filter paper piece of distilled water;Sanhuang gel was diluted to 500,125,62.5,31.2,15.6,7.8,3.9,1.95,0.98ug/ml,using tube dilution method.9 kinds of concentration,the growth control(including medium and bacteria,without drugs)and drug control(including medium and drugs,without bacteria)a total of 10 test tubes.After inoculating the bacteria,add 37 ? incubator in anaerobic culture for 72 hours.After the full training,using the agar disc diffusion method to measure the bacteriostatic ring with vernier caliper diameter d(mm);colony growth was observed in vitro use tube dilution method in the test.Result:Clinical observation results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,except for the number of skin lesions and pain,the scores of symptoms decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment for 4 weeks,the symptom scores were decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the two groups had no difference in the number of skin lesions and pain.For 4 weeks,Sanhuang gel group is better than the Fusidic Acid Cream group.4.Treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks,compared with skin lesions and skin color,the curative effect of two groups,Sanhuang gel group was better than the Fusidic Acid Cream group.5.After 4 weeks of treatment,The total efficiency of Sanhuang gel group was 94.33%,Fusidic Acid Cream group was 84.31%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Bacteriostatic in vitro experiment result:1.Paper method:Sanhuang gel drugs concentration gradient 3.6mg/ml,1.8mg/ml,0.9mg/ml and metronidazole,sterile distilled water of Propionibacterium acnes,the diameter of inhibition zone were 22.90 mm,19.20 mm,18.65 mm,18.83 mm,0mm,and Propionibacter-ium acnes is highly sensitive to 3.6mg/ml and 1.8mg/ml sanhaung gel,moderately sensitive to 0.9mg/ml,Sanhuang gel metronidazole.2.Tube dilution method: MIC 500ug/ml Sanhuang gel.Conclusion:Sanhuang gel in the treatment of mild to moderate acne,the overall clinical curative effect is better than Fusidic Acid Cream,for skin properties,skin color improvement,Sanhuang gel faster onset time shorter.Sanhuang gel in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris clinical curative effect,the curative effect and possible mechanism of inhibition of Propionibacterium acnes activity,inflammation. |
