Objectives This article in view of the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),giving timely rehabilitation,by observing their prognosis, explore the rehabilitation treatment affect the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction, further reveal the early rehabilitation therapy can reduce myocardial infarction recurrence and improve cardiac function, improve their quality of life, and provide new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease and effective targets. Methods Choice in March 2015 to June 2016 tangshan people's hospital and medical group tangshan people's hospital of kaiping's hospitals of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi),in this paper, the cases involved, conforms to the diagnosis of AMI standard [1],at the same time into conditions conforming to the provisions of the following:1.Failed to thrombolysis and suffer coronary artery intervention(PCI);2.The mensuration, the patient's level of cardiac function were evaluated for ? ~ ? level(Killip classification);3.After comprehensive check, the body there is no other complications. We have the whole situation of patients and evaluate the results, they can be divided into two groups: rehabilitation group and the control group.Rehabilitation group of 40 patients, the patients' age was(54 + 11).The control group,a total of 30 cases of patients age was(53 +/-12).According to the release of myocardial infarction rehabilitation program(the fourth edition of trial draft)[2] and the United States released "cardiac rehabilitation clinical practice guidelines" [3],the choice of treatment for rehabilitation group: on the basis of drug therapy, the motion, avoid risk factors, psychological treatment, mission to consolidate.Give the same drug therapy and the corresponding control group only.Application pedometer exercise rehabilitation of quantitative monitoring to 6 minutes walk test(6 minute walking test,6 MWT)[4] feeling overworked classification method(rating of perceived exertion,RPE)[5] assessment of cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and use these methods to guide and adjust the rehabilitation treatment.Respectively before and after therapy on heart function in patients with the indicators are measured, and the overall evaluation, finally to constant treatment effect. Results 1 On two groups of patients' psychological status, physical reserves, heart function and coronary heart disease risk factors,P > 0.05,the differences were not statistically significant, then rehabilitation intervention.2 After rehabilitation intervention, rehabilitation group in cardiovascular events is lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3 Rehabilitation group of left ventricular ejection fraction in the rehabilitation phase ii,phase iii has increased significantly than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t = 4.914,respectively(P <0.01,t = 0.01,P < 0.01).4 Rehabilitation group in the rehabilitation phase ii,phase iii 6minutes walking distance, movement time steps and achieving rehabilitation exercise requirements, comparison between each period there were significant differences(P <0.01).5 The evasion of the risk factors, through three periods of rehabilitation and rehabilitation period, body mass index(BMI)of the rehabilitation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but,blood lipid, blood glucose, myocardial enzymes of the rehabilitation group compared with control group, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).6 Of the psychological counseling through a period of time, the effect of the rehabilitation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).7 After health education, comprehensive evaluation of the situation of patients, and the result compared with before treatment there is a certain degree of improvement(P < 0.01).Conclusions Acute myocardial infarction after launching a campaign to rehabilitation of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can further improve the effect of the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction(ami),effective control of cardiovascular risk factors, improves cardiac function in patients, increase exercise tolerance, reduce cardiovascular events,at the same time improve the patients' anxiety, depression, improve the quality of life of patients.
