Objective:To study the effect of changes in the cardiac rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction on acute heart failure(within 3 months)on their survival status and quality of life. Methods:A total of 379 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent LVEF ? 45% of the first hospital in the Department of Cardiology,First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medcial University, were selected from January 2010 to December 2015.Collect the baseline data for each subject.According to the intensity of exercise metabolism within 3 months after discharge,it was divided into three groups: control group, low exercise metabolic group and middle kinetic metabolic group. The activities of the patients were followed up for 6,12,and 24 months after discharge. The cardiac ultrasonography was performed at 24 months after discharge. The number of re-admission,survival status and cardiac events were observed within two years after discharge.time.Results:1.Dynamic changes in motor metabolic equivalence during cardiac rehabilitationMets of the control group showed a decreasing trend in the control group, the lowest in 24 months, and the baseline Mets of the low and middle metabolites were higher, and the Mets still showed an increasing trend after rehabilitation exercise,Suggesting that appropriate physical exercise within 3 months after discharge, can improve the amount of exercise after heart failure in patients with acute myocardial infarction, improve quality of life.2.Changes in ejection fraction during cardiac exerciseLVEF decreased significantly in the control group, and LVEF was significantly higher in the low and middle metabolites group than in the control group(P <0.05).The results showed that the LVEF of the control group decreased with the prolongation of the time of exercise,Rehabilitation exercise can improve left ventricular function in patients.3.The situation of recurrence of myocardial infarction in cardiac rehabilitation exercise.Compared with the control group, the mortality and recurrent myocardial infarction rate of the low and middle metabolic group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Suggesting that appropriate rehabilitation campaigns can improve the two-year survival rate.4.The situation of rehospitalizations during cardiac rehabilitation exerciseWith the heart to participate in the rehabilitation exercise time, the baseline exercise metabolic equivalent of the highest in the exercise metabolic group and the lowest number of rehospitalization.Suggesting that rehabilitation can reduce the number of patients admitted to hospital.Conclusion:1.The patients who have heart failure after acute myocardial infarction, adequate exercise in 3 months after discharge, can improve left ventricular function,to improve their quality of life, reduce hospitalizations and mortality within 2 years.2.In patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction, the greater the metabolic activity of the rehabilitation exercise in 3 months after discharge, the lower the incidence of cardiovascular events in 2 years and the lower number of hospitalizations, suggesting that the rehabilitation of heart patients should be actively and correctly guided in clinical work Exercise to benefit more patients.
