Objectives To explore the differences between Qi–Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of lung cancer on chemical indicators,to provide the material basis in chemical indicators for lung cancer between different TCM Hou.Methods Selected the patients with lung cancer who were the first time hospitalized in the North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 total 162 cases,including Qi stagnation of blood stasis group 94 cases,Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome group 68.Selected 60 cases of healthy medical personnel were collected as the control group at the same time.Collect two types of syndromes of lung cancer patients and health examination of the general information?Blood routine(WBC?RBC?HGB?PLT?NEU)?Biochemical(TP?ALB?PA?LDH)?Plasma Coagulation index(PT?APTT?TT?FIB)?D-D?Tumor Markers(CEA?AFP?CA199?CA724?NSE)?ESR examination indicators.Then,Enter the data,build the database,SPSS19.0 software using statistica lanalysis.Rank and test was used to compare date,firstly,use the Mann-Whitney to compare two groups,The indicators are described by the median(minimum,maximum);The count data were expressed as frequency(percentage),and the results of the x~2 test were used to compare the two groups.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Last,use the Receive Operating Characteristic(ROC)analysis of the differences between the two types of indicators to find the best diagnostic point.Results 1 Compared the two types of lung cancer syndrome group with healthy control group,In general,the two types of lung cancer syndrome group in the age,sex,whether smoking with the healthy control group was no statistical significant differene(P>0.05),In the body mass index was lower than the healthy control group(P<0.05);In chemical indicators,There were no statistically significant differences between RBC,TT,AFP and CA724 in the two groups of lung cancer(P>0.05);In the WBC,PLT,NEU,LDH,FIB,D-D,CEA,CA199,NSE,ESR were higher than the healthy control group(P<0.05);In HGB,TP,ALB,PA,PT,APTT were lower than the healthy control group(P<0.05).2 Compared the Qi–Yin deficiency syndrome with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of lung cancer,In general,There were no significant differences in the Sex,Whether smoking,pathogenesis and pathological type between Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome and Qi stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome(P>0.05),In other aspects,there were statistical differences(P <0.05),The age and smoking duration of Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome were higher than those of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group(P<0.05);the body mass index,KPS was lower than the Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;and the Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome were Distant transfer more in the area of cancer metastasis,In the late stages of clinical staging.There were more lymphatic metastasis in Qi stagnation and blood stasis group,and there is little difference in the distribution of clinical stages.In chemical indicators,There were no significant differences in WBC?RBC?PLT?NEU?TP?LDH?PT?APTT?TT?AFP?CA199?CA724?NSE and other indicators between the two types of lung cancer syndrome group(P>0.05);In the FIB,D-D,CEA,ESR,Qi stagnation and blood stasis group were higher than the Qi-Yin Deficiency;In the HGB?ALB?PA,Qi-Yin Deficiency group was lower than qi stagnation and blood stasis group.3 In the Diagnostic experiment ROC,Distinguish between the two syndromes of the seven indicators of the difference between the diagnostic values were HGB: 133g/L;ALB: 42.3g/L;PA: 144mg/L;FIB: 2.99g/L;D-D: 0.33 mg/L;CEA: 3.3Ng/ml;ESR: 53mm/h.The seven chemical indicators AUC from large to smal followed by FIB>CEA>HGB>D-D>ALB>PA>ESR,The AUC of FIB is highest,0.713,the other six indicators' AUC are between 0.5 and 0.7.Conclusions 1 There are differences between Qi–Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of lung cancer and the control group in the levels of WBC,HGB,PLT,NEU,TP,ALB,PA,LDH,PT,APTT,FIB,D-D,CEA,CA199,NSE,ESR.2 The Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome group than the QI stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group of high age,long smoking period,low body mass index,distant metastasis,clinical stage late;KPS score,HGB,ALB,PA are lowr;The levels of FIB,Ddimer,CEA and ESR were higher in Qi stagnation and blood stasis group than those in Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome.3 Chemical indicators HGB,ALB,PA,FIB,D-D,CEA,ESR on lung cancer Qi-Yin Deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis have a certain ability to predict,the diagnostic value is FIB>CEA>HGB>D-D>ALB>PA>ESR,Only the diagnostic value of FIB medium,the remaining indicators of the diagnostic value are low,So the value of clinical application is not high,We need to expand the sample size or combined with other indicators for further study.
