Study On Self-health Management Of Hospitalized Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objectives To understand the status and analyze the influential factors of the self-health management in the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure.Methods During November 2015 to October 2016,Totally 503 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were recruited from Tangshan Workers’ Hospital,they were investigated with questionnaires,including general information survey of chronic heart failure(age,gender,living situation,such as general information,character,sleep,family function,the status of community center,associated with disease status,et al),SCHFIv6.2,SSRS,FSQ,PACIC,HADS,Brief illness perception questionnaire.All data were established with EXCEL and analyzed with SPSS17.0 package.Specific methods:univariate analysis of normal data were performed using ANOVA analysis or t test independent sample,univariate analysis of not in line with normal data were performed using Non-parametric test,the variables of multivariate analysis taken multiple linear regression analysis.Results 1 The status of self-health management in hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure: The score of the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure’s self-health management maintenance was(40.04±18.56),The score of the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure’s self-health management management not line with normal distribution,its median was 25.00,The score of the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure’s self-health management confidence was(35.90±19.31),Total average was(35.47±18.93).self-health management in the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure from Tangshan Workers’ Hospital presented low level,the characteristics of “low maintain low administrate and low confidence”.The self-health management scores of the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were rising with age,and higher in urban and female patients.2 Single factor analysis of self-health management were significant in the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure: The total average scores and maintenance management confidence of self-health management were significant in education level,income,character,on a positive outlook on life,depression,education lever of children,communication with their children,the lever care of the family,urge the medical treatment of family members,the families of you persuasion,the degree of satisfaction on the family,family support,live in the community with community service center,paying ways of medical treatment,enjoy the services of chronic diseases,the way to obtain the support of health care knowledge of heart failure,combined with the types of chronic diseases,cardiac function classification,the period of chronic heart failure,times of hospitalization for chronic heart failure,the two most recent interval in hospital,social support,the cognitive level of the management of heart failure and cognitive status of the effect of heart failure in life(P<0.01).3 Multiple factors analysis of self-health management in the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure:(1)The main influential factors of self-health management total level were: cognitive status of the effect of heart failure in life,the way to obtain the support of health care knowledge of heart failure,family support,social support,the lever care of the family,the period of chronic heart failure,the cognitive level of the management of heart failure,combined with the types of chronic diseases,on a positive outlook on life,depression,the two most recent interval in hospital,education level.(2)The main influential factors of self-health management maintenance were: the cognitive level of the management of heart failure,combined withthe types of chronic diseases,communication with their children,social support,family support,the way to obtain the support of health care knowledge of heart failure,depression,education level,the two most recent interval in hospital,the lever care of the family,the period of chronic heart failure,enjoy the services of chronic diseases,on a positive outlook on life.(3)The main influential factors of self-health management management were:cognitive status of the effect of heart failure in life,the way to obtain the support of health care knowledge of heart failure,social support,on a positive outlook on life,the period of chronic heart failure,the lever care of the family,depression,combined with the types of chronic diseases.(4)The main influential factors of self-health management confidence were: family support,cognitive status of the effect of heart failure in life,the way to obtain the support of health care knowledge of heart failure,the period of chronic heart failure,combined with the types of chronic diseases,social support,on a positive outlook on life,urge the medical treatment of family members,communication with their children,depression,the two most recent interval in hospital,enjoy the services of chronic diseases,education level.Conclusions 1 The Total score of the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure’s self-health management was(35.47±18.93),The self-health management in the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure from Tangshan Workers’ Hospital presented low level,the characteristics of “low maintenance low management and low confidence”.The self-health management scores of the hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were rising with age,and higher in urban and female patients.2 Multiple factors analysis showed that the factors associated with self-health management total average and scores of various dimension were: cognitive status of the effect of heart failure in life,the way to obtain the support of health care knowledge of heart failure,family support,social support,the lever care of the family,the period of chronic heart failure,the cognitive level of the management of heart failure,combined with the types of chronic diseases,on a positive outlook on life,depression,the two most recent interval in hospital,education level;the influential factors of individual dimensions were urge the medical treatment of family members,communication with their children,enjoy the services of chronic diseases.
